AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We have had lies on top of poor communication only from this company. There is no one to get ahold of that actually knows what is going on at this company. They can't even transfer phone calls between departments. Estimated 90 days to be installed and switched over to solar has now rolled into over 180 days from the 1st day of financing. At this point this seems as if we are in revision 3 of engineering from what I can tell. This was for a brand new install in the desert ( lots of sun), with electric already present on a ground mount.... there is no excuse for not getting it right the first time. Meanwhile, I now have electric bill and solar loan bill but generating no power for about 3 months now.... There seems to be no hope in getting it turned on at this point as of yet. The company will not even talk to me even though I call in for updates, I may get a text message however they are not responding to the text messages to actually get the information. I am reporting them to the BBB. I suggest you find a company with some integrity rather than going with Erus. Overall terrible nightmare that is not yet over!!!! Service men have even shown up unannounced and left this fair sized trench in my yard for over a month now. Doesn't seem very safe to me with my children and puppy running around to have a pit to electrical components!

Colby Salisbury made my experience with your company so informative, enjoyable and pain free. He was a pleasure to work with for my solar needs , unlike past people who tried to sell solar to me. I would recommend him and your company to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

For many years I had been against going solar because of others experiences and being ripped off by solar company for over promising and under delivering. Then one day I decided to do my research and reach out to a few solar companies, Erus Energy being one of the first. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Fish and his vast knowledge with solar and the education he provided in order for me to get a better understand of how solar works. The many questions I had, and I mean for days I had many questions. Chris was very patient and resourceful with getting the answers I needed to make the better decision on which solar company to go with. Of course I chose to go with Erus Energy and I have to say that I am very excited and looking forward to a positive and smooth experience with the installation process and get my system up and running. Chris was excellent and incredible to work with, took the time to get to know his customer and explain in detail of the processes and expectations. Thank You Chris and Erus Energy!

Colby Salisbury was knowledgeable and professional during our meeting with him. He listened to our needs and provided a solid solar plan. I definitely would recommend him to our family and friends.

This is the most disorganized, mismanaged mess of a company I have ever worked with. Shame on me for doing business with a "friend" and not doing more due diligence. They were quick to take my money and that's where quick action ended.The original installation took several trips over several days and when I had lighting issues after they worked on my electrical box, they refused to mark which switches were for the solar panels. One black marker would have solved my problem. It was petty. Then they left a lot of broken tiles on the roof, and I only know this because the roofer I hired took pictures of what he found up there. They didn't care that they compromised the roof. The salesperson could see the age of my house and didn't say one word about what would happen when I got a new roof, so when I called to ask them to remove the solar panels so my roof could be replaced 7 or 8 months after install, I figured there would be a fee, but they charged me OVER $5000! And I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to reinstall and of course they didn't show up or even call today, and the woman on the phone said they don't even know WHEN they can come back. In the meantime, I'm sitting here paying TEP in record heat, while my solar panels sit on the ground waiting to be reinstalled.

Colby S. is one of the most knowledgeable salespeople on the planet. He is able to answer any and all questions we’ve had about the process of solar, and it helps that he’s personable and prompt. Doesn’t hurt that he’s super funny and cute too! Highly recommend Colby at Erus!!!

Best company I have dealt with. The sales manager Chris Fish helped me understand what my pros and cons were with going solar. I have dealt with 6 other companies and always felt pressured to sign with them. Chris made it very easy and didn’t pressure my wife or I. I would recommend everyone that is looking into solar here in Tucson to deal with Chris and his team. Veteran to veteran this company is amazing. Chris took time to get to know us as people and not a number. We will be telling our friends, family and co workers about Erus. A company is only as good as the face that represents it and you couldn’t find a better person to represent a company. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Thank you Chris and Erus.
