Method Solar

My installer Dennis did an awesome job! He was there to answer any questions. He helped me through the process when things weren't going to plan. There is a lot of people in the mix with the city and utility, but we managed to navigated all. The system looks fantastic! Some might not like the look of panels, but I do! Most of all it's producing now! Look forward to see how it goes. I feel the installation went very well. Glad Dennis was my installer, thank you!

The sales pitch by their sales rep Kevin Ives was amazing. He was very communicative and always was checking on the loaning options. Once I signed the loan and contract I only heard from Kevin once to tell me the install would be done in a week. Said all materials where ready and it was a matter of having the right weather for installation. Weeks went by he disappeared. I never got a call from him or the installer. I called, emailed and no response. I had signed a contract in January. It was March and I still had not photovoltaic system installed. I had to call the loaner "Mosaic" to file a complaint. Only after I did this Dennis Warren the installer got in touch and Installed the panels on the roof on April. Today it is May, 22 days have passed since install of the panels on the roof. The inspection for PTO has not been performed. 8 days have passed since he told me the inspection would be performed and he would give me an update. The day went by and I never got an update. Not a call, text or email. These people will just hang you out to dry. Don't use Method Solar for you project or " Desert Edge Electric". Safe yourself the trouble. 5 Months have gone by since signing a project that quote" Would only take half a day" * Update* I have been PTO. It has was a little over 6 Months from signing. I am happy with the system. The customer service experience was pretty terrible. It might have been a fluke. Bumped to 2 stars from 1. Wish the experience would have been better but they dropped the ball big time.

After researching solar companies, I asked Method Solar to contact me for a quote. Method explained about the installation process, equipment and benefits I could expect to see. The installation team was very polite and explained what they'd be doing. Kevin, the Sales Manager was prompt with responses and helpful on every step. Method Solar has been up front regarding the equipment, process and value for the money. They took care of all the issues. Pricing was excellent when compared to other companies. You won't be sorry to do business with Method Solar.

We have had our solar system for 16 months. We have had a problem with Dennis Warren being responsive in finishing our installation ,and now that our system has quit working in answering our calls and emails. We have had to pay another solar company to come out and assess our system and tell us what is wrong. It is not the problem Dennis told us when my husband talked to him over two months ago. Therefore we have had to pay for electricity (before when it was working our bills were 0 or under $25.00. Please do not use this company. We still have not had our solar turned back on and it is impossible to get them to respond in a timely manner. S Cifor Oro Valley

We compared three solar installers. Method Solar explained their system, scheduling and pricing clearly and with less pressure than the others. We were much more comfortable with going with Method Solar. In addition, their price was the lowest. They were fast and on time. The only hold up was waiting for Trico to inspect. We very much recommend. Our experience was pleasant.

Had my solar system recently installed by Method Solar. They blew away everyone else on prices due them facilitating the process from start to finish. The owner of the company sat down with me and walked me through the entire process of what I can expect in savings and benefits of solar. He was also on site for the install to ensure everything stayed on schedule. I received bids from other companies that only sold the job, then hired outside people to install, which made me uncomfortable. It was a pleasure to deal with one company that handled everything from start to finish.

Horrible. Was originally promised install prior to 1/1, 3/15 still not done. As soon as you sign contract, they put panels on to lock you in. I have claim with ROC on them. Poor communication, break promises all the time. Wish I had researched more prior to signing. What is their license? ROC#? DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO SIGNING!!!
