I waited two years to write a review after receiving my first fan in April 2023. In September 2023 we started having problems with the fan. Contacted the owner, Chris, who was very nice and helpful. He sent a replacement cord. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem with the fan. In April of 2024 he sent a replacement fan at no charge. Again, he was very nice and apologized for the delay in shipping. The fan worked fine from April to October of 2024. In March of 2025, we turned the fan on and it worked great for about a month. I sent Chris an email and attached a video of the fan to show him what it was doing. I asked him if he had any idea what was causing the problem and if he could provide suggestions as to how to fix it. I never asked if he would replace the fan again. I just wanted to know how to fix the problem and if he could help. After calling several times and leaving messages/emails, I was finally able to get in touch with him. He said the fan was getting power and thought it was a connection issue with the cord. I told him I would have my husband check it out and get back to him. My husband talked to Chris today, 06/25/25. My husband was polite and asked Chris if he had any suggestions/idea as to what the problem could be. Chris was pleasant at first, but then it was like a switch flipped, he copped an attitude and was very rude to my husband. He told my husband he had spent $500 in sending us a replacement fan in 2024 and didn't know what kind of operation we were running down here. I know how much I paid for the fan/shipping, so I know how much it cost him to send us the replacement fan/shipping and it wasn't near $500 even including the replacement cord. He told my husband our options were to buy another fan off of Amazon or send the fan back to him. He was so rude that my husband hung up on him. No business owner should ever treat a potential returning custom this way, period. We just wanted help, but all we got was rudeness and bad attitude.

I purchased a fan a few years ago and it is still working perfectly. I have ordered another one for my horse barn. it was shipped in a timely manner and will be helpful in the south Alabama summer. I will be ordering from them again if another fan is needed.

This fan setup rocks! They move air VERY WELL in full sun. Its the perfect pair for our greenhouse. There are 2 vent windows on the roof and I have these fans mounted so they shoot the hot air right out. Since they are only really needed in the full hot sun they work great. I have them set on the high setting and the 25W panel has enough power to keep them running full blast.

I am very satisfied with my 18 inch solar powered fan.I live in Texas and there is plenty of sun here for my fan to run high. Chris kept me informed on the status of my fan and solar panel. Shipping took longer than expected but was understandable considering the covid 19 outbreak. I can honestly say I love this fan and so does my 77 year old mother. We use it on my patio deck and when I have here here visiting she loves to sit outside in the shade with my fan keeping her cool . I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Quality powered solar fan and excellent communication.

We needed a solar fan for our firewood business in HI to try to dry the wood faster. Needless to say shipping to HI from the mainland can be pricey, but Chris from Western Harmonics was amazing. Went out of his way to get us the best price, called back and emailed immediately to handle the issue and answered quite a few of our questions. Especially in the day and age of lack with regards to customer service and the almost extinct ability to reach anyone on the phone, we are beyond happy and satisfied with the solar fan and the service. Highly recommend.

Have had good experiences with this company AND their products. They produce high quality solar powered products at fair prices. I especially appreciate their 20" fans. Customer service is good as well, I always get a reply back. The only thing I notice is when they run out of a product and there is a wait... but it still beats buying a cheaply made product from China which will most likely break in a couple months. I appreciate Western Harmonics and occasionally I will browse through their website to see what new items they have in stock. Highly recomend them!

Fan and solar panel works great. Very durable. Barn flipped in two storms and panel and fans are perfect. Great customer service and communication. Would purchase again.
