My solar panels had stopped working so Ted came out to look at them and quickly got the issue fixed. He was up front about pricing the entire time. He was incredibly helpful and professional, would highly recommend!

Ted has done a great job for me for years. Glad he is doing his own thing now. He has been my go to for a couple of solar and battery projects and has always done an excellent job on install and support.

Ted did an incredible job diagnosing and repairing our solar system after the installing company went out of business. We were dealing with an underperforming system for 7 months on a Tesla-warrantied system with zero help from Tesla or any other company in Oklahoma or the greater DFW area until Ted from Solsource agreed to work with us. He is highly capable of working with grid-attached solar systems that are equipped with backup batteries. I’d suggest Solsource and Ted for anyone’s solar needs.

Ted helped me to get my solar panels back online when nobody else answered their phone or was available. He was there within an hour and the cost was very reasonable. He also helped educate me on what the problem was and how to trouble shoot and fix it myself next time if it happens again. Ted answered all my questions and even ran to get me a couple of fuses from Lowe’s leaving a replacement if my fuse was to ever blow again. While waiting for the panels to come online, he crawled up on the house and checked my panels and tightened one brace that had become loose. I was fortunate to find this company to fix my solar panels. I tried using electricians claiming to work on solar and was disappointed. Solsource was completely different. They were knowledgeable, communicated well, and made sure everything was squared away in a timeline manner. Highly recommend.
