Goldin Solar

We have had our Goldin Solar panels and Tesla batteries system in place since 2020. It has been very very helpful and working perfectly to provide power, decrease our electric bill, and decrease electric grid usage. Recently we needed some roof work done. Goldin coordinated with our roofers. All was completed and our system is working well. Theo did the work on our roof and he was excellent. Michael at Goldin Solar coordinated and communicated with us so we were updated. All is working well!! Thank You

The folks at Goldin Solar recently completed a whole home solar and battery backup project at my home and I could not be happier with the process and final outcome. They were quick to address any questions I had and provided me a system that keeps the lights on during power outages AND lowers my utility bill... double win!

I'm looking to buy a house on which Goldin Solar installed a solar system. Wanting to find out more about the system and the company, I called. Spoke with a guy who made the company he worked for look good. Real good. Michael Hardison was his name, and boy, did he impress me with not only his knowledge of solar systems, but with his integrity and willingness to be helpful.

Goldin Solar installed my solar panel system. I noticed recently that we were not generating enough power and when I mentioned that to Melissa Bolton at Goldin Solar, she immediately looked into it and found the issue, Michael from the customer service took charge and sent the service tech to investigate and resolve the issue. We are pleased with the customer service and the system is functioning as designed.

It's been a few years since I had my solar system installed by Goldin Solar, and it's been worth it. I'm glad I chose this company. They've been quick to address any issue I've experienced. Which has only been 2 times. They alerted me to an issue with the Solar Edge inverter, and replaced in under warranty. I had another issue, and they sent me a video, and I was able to restart the system myself to resolve the issue. Michael was helpful throughout those issues. Also, looking back, the original call and sales proposal by Jeff was a positive experience, with Jeff taking the extra time to answer alot of questions; he was very knowledgeable on all things solar, not just a sales guy. After getting 3 quotes for the solar system, I chose Goldin because I believed they had a good reputation, seem to be well established, and I believe everyone who has worked with me is an employee of the company (not freelancers or third-party contractors).

Our solar roof system was installed by Goldin by the prior owners of our home. Recently we saw we weren't getting the return on our power bill we expected and called Goldin Solar. They were responsive, prompt and the price to replace what we needed was reasonable. Even more recently, our roof had a leak and it was under (not related to) where the solar system conduit runs. We had to work with the roofing company and solar to get the conduit up, the roof fixed and then the conduit put back. Throughout the process, Michael at Goldin was flexible, reasonable and the process went quickly. We are super happy with Goldin and recommend them to all our friends.

After our installation working flawlessly for 6+ years, we received a call from Goldin saying the system is down. I check my app occasionally to make sure the panels are all up to speed. But apparently, they have their own app overseeing my system, so I more than likely not have noticed until I got my FPL bill. The Solar Edge inverter had failed. As it turns out, SE has identified a 'weakness' in the inverter we had. So they agreed to give us an updated replacement inverter for free. We paid Goldin $500 for the labor to replace the inverter. After delivery of the replacement inverter, Goldin was out quickly and replaced it. The system was down about 2 1/2 weeks. Our experience with Goldin has been professional and positive. We are grateful for their help in putting our 'gas station' on our roof for our Tesla and Toyota PHEV.
