365 Solar moving fast! It only took three weeks from the first quote to the completion. Troy proved a great help and excellent service to us and didn't give me any chance to pick bones from egg. He tailored the right size for us and explained everything to me from how the solar works to all the permits and warranties. Basically I learnt everything that I need for my solar. Speaking of the constructor, Jesus and Tony. They are good as well, completed all 23 panels in 2 days with only two of them. Passed the county inspection at the first time which is hard for most of the company. Awesome job. I would recommend this conpany and Troy to all my friends who need solar system, they know what they are doing and they really know how the moves make them stand out.

Long story short -- I got lucky when I found Yen at 365 Solar. Going solar was a stressful project -- from deciding to actually do it, to looking for the right company to help me build it. I wasn't looking for a company that had to pay for ads to be featured at the top of searches. Or a company with hundreds of 5 star cookie cutter reviews (because you'll notice those will have a lot of 1 star truthful reviews embedded in there as well). I wanted a solid, local company that would value me as a client, offer a fair price, and also take time to address any concerns I had (basic stuff, really!). And most importantly, I wanted ONE consistent person to work with. It's not a good sign if the sales person who initially sold you the project does not stay present to help you through the job. One consistent person keeps company accountability in check. So! In comes 365 Solar, with Yen as the person who first answered my call and also the one who met with me the very next day, despite the short notice. He was personable, not the least bit pushy (important!), and did a thorough job with explaining the product and the process. Concise, knowledgeable, and patient -- Perfect. In regards to the product, I always knew of Sunpower to be an upper echelon panel, and although it costs more than other panels, I shop value over price, and it all made sense in the end. Sold. Sunpower's process and order of operations didn't come without any bumps and hiccups, however. They are a large company with a busy schedule, and you may feel this. Good thing you have that one consistent sales person to help you through the tight spots when you need them. So, am I happy with my new solar system? Yes. Was the procedure trying? With Sunpower's scheduling, a bit. Am I satisfied with the value of what I paid vs. what I received? I would say yes. Did 365 Solar exceed expectations or merely meet them? Since my expectations are high, they "merely" met my already exceeded expectations, lol.

We are beyond pleased with the service and work 365 Solar has provided. Troy is a man you can trust your solar project with! I contacted 4 different companies/solar guys for quotes as that's what you should always do with important home projects. Troy wasn't the first I contacted and wasn't the first to receive our power bills, but he was the first to provide a professional response and a detailed and reasonable quote. The first guy that I contacted was someone I saw many people recommended on a construction FB group. He never bother to get back to me after receiving my power bills. The second guy was from Costco referral program. During our initial phone conversation, I requested him to send me a written proposal through email before we schedule our next phone call because I wanted to take sometime to read over and prepare my questions for the next phone discussion. He decided to call me to "talk" about the proposal instead of sending it to me first. I missed that call and he never called me back again after leaving me a message to return his calls to discuss the quote he prepared. Third guy was quick to reply and sent me his proposal in the same day, but when I texted him a few questions, he stopped responding... We wouldn't want to work with a company or a salesman that we need to chase after so it was clear that Troy was the only guy that we wanted to work with! It proves us right to have chosen Troy and 365 Solar for our solar project. Not only the whole process was worry free, they have done an astounding job! We did not expect them to match color and paint the electrical conduits on my roof and my exterior walls but they did!! The whole job was done quick, clean, and beautiful! No problem with the permit or anything. There are much more wonderful things to tell but I am not writing a book. 😀 I would just always recommend Troy!

I have shopped at multiple solar companies and they are the best bang for the buck by far. Price is good and installation happened within 5 weeks. Thumbs up for 365 Solar!
