Great experience overall. Natalie S was great explaining the options, guiding us through what the process would be, and accommodating on putting the final contract together! Issa Z and Asya M were very helpful in answering questions and keeping me informed through the permitting & installation as well! Work was completed cleanly and the team completed a multi roof 14kW installation in one day, including accommodating some more aesthetic adjustments.

Solar Solution installed a 23 panel array on our rowhouse in 2019. System is still doing great (just need to remember to gently wash the panels once a year). They also helped us with financing. Highly recommend.

This review is nearly 2 years after installation. Everything has been perfect from my initial conversation with the sales team to the installation, to troubleshooting issues after the fact. I interviewed multiple companies and was most impressed by their pitch other than it being slightly more expensive than a competitor. After sharing this with them, they not only matched the price but beat it. Inspection was on time. Installation was on time (took less than one day). They handled all the registration wit the SREC trading partner, and I get money regularly deposited in my account every time I generate a credit. I can monitor everything if I want, but it's largely set it and forget it. The only problem I have had was with the system not communicating properly about a year after installation. They quickly sent someone out to diagnose it, order the part, and fix it. That took a few weeks, which I wish was a little faster since it came during peak generation season, but much of that was likely out of their control. Overall, I would highly recommend them and have done so to many friends.
