Han Solar

I have been looking at solar for years and as the price has come down I decided to pull the trigger. After speaking on the phone and sending my previous bills to Han Solar, they came up with a customized proposal for my roof. J.R and his team explained everything down to the last detail and the timeline I would be looking at from concept to final product. After signing the contract Han Solar kept us up to date weekly with the permitting process and was able begin installation on time. After the system was installed and working for a few weeks Han Solar did a follow-up call and explained how the system was performing as planned. I've been very happy with going solar, and get a kick out of looking at my energy dash-board to see the production.

Nightmare contractor! Solar Panels came on and off the roof several times due to contractor lack of understanding of Miami-Dade inspection process. Countless broken roof tiles and electrical panels screws were stripped/ damaged due to lack of care by the goons hired by Hans Solar and NO supervision! Mosaic (finance company) paid contractor in full PRIOR to permit closeout or working system. Zero leverage and Mosaic was not helpful at all and loans payments were still due WITHOUT a working system. Owner was not motivated to complete the project. When I filled complaints with the BBB and here on Google , JR Mejia, refused to complete the project unless I removed my complaints. Hans Solar was informed and picture provided of my complaints, but no accommodations were made. Project was signed on 8/16 and a final was obtained 6/1 10 months!!! We have had a horrible experience with Han Solar! It took almost 2 years to get the solar panels. We still have not received all the panels. We have constantly been calling them to get the service done. We keep getting told they will come out here.. but nothing is getting done! We are still paying too much based on the panels we already have now. We have told them we are taking legal action. We still do not get any response! At this point we have been contacting a lawyer to pursue legal action. This is just unacceptable!

Had a great experience working with Han Solar. They walked us through the entire process. From their presentation of how solar works to the app that show us how much energy each panel is absorbing. Jr and his team are amazing! Thank you.

Nothing but troubles and we finally hired someone else who made it right but we're shocked at poor installation on Han Solars part. These are the people who give solar a bad name

They will take your money and not complete the job. Been waiting almost 3 years and still not done. Owner doesn't return calls either and makes false promises.
