10/10 on everything! I cannot recommend them enough. Regardless that they are a solar company, their customer service was some of the best I've received from any company in my entire life. Found through energy sage, the Viridis team is amazing from start to finish. Very competitive pricing and everything was finished ahead of schedule! Honestly, stop looking, go with Viridis, you'll be glad you did!

I think how smoothly the process goes depends on who your team is. With my team, it was like pulling teeth to get answers. I had probably ten questions that went unanswered. One time, they scheduled an inspection that we needed to be present for, but didn't notify us. The system works really well, so I wasn't going to post a review. However, the team that they had replace our shingles left nails everywhere. I'm going to be replacing my second tire today due to the nails.

I had a great experience with them and their team. They issued a good proposal and talked over options with me. Installed the panels ahead of time with no big issues, just a small issue with how things were being reported for monitoring, which they fixed up. They occasionally took a bit to respond (a week or so, it was busy season), but overall did an amazing job.

Viridis was great to work with, professional from the beginning and informative without being pushy. They worked with me to oversize our system in anticipation of later converting our HVAC to heat pumps and had the most competitive price from the quotes I got on EnergySage. Our timeline was just over 2 months from contract signing to install, the install was done in 2 days, and then another 1.5 months to the panels turning on. The first month of generation has been good, lining up with their predicted generation (just slightly lower for May with all the rain we've had). I recommend them to anyone else looking to get solar panels installed.

I found Viridis through Energy Sage and spent many months deciding on a provider. They had competitive rates and systems and thought it was good to go. They provided a timeline for installation which included July install, we are at the end of July and the permits aren’t even done yet. My issue is not that the permits are slow (not their fault) my issue is that no one has communicated with me beyond generic emails and texts unless I reach out. And when they take a while to respond to my questions (which is every time) they say ‘Sorry, I was on vacation.’ I am not getting an out of office message so I have no way of knowing that. Additionally, their online platform does not work properly and I can never respond on there, I provided that feedback as well. I have paid over 50% of the amount due so far and the lack of communication is disappointing. I have told them for months I am disappointed in the communication and nothing has changed, I would not have left this review if they started actually communicating with me but I gave them a chance. I will update this review when the system finally gets installed and let you know how it goes. ETA lowering this to 1 star. Even after I escalated and was clear I needed communication, it’s gotten worse. I’m supposed to have my install Monday but when I asked questions on who was coming and when (for safety and planning) no one responded and there is nothing in their Bodhi program about the install being Monday. So I am not sure if that made that date up for install or if they are just really disorganized. Either way, the experience has gotten worse.

We had a positive experience with Viridis energy. They installed high efficiency panels on our roof and at a good price. Jereme communicated well with us throughout the process so we always knew what to expect. We have had the panels for a few months now and are happy with their performance!

Great experience with Viridis throughout the design, permitting, and installation. Jereme was very professional and took care of everything and even upgraded the panels after contracting as they found a better performing one at the same price. Now, we're totally self-sufficient and producing enough to cover house and car charging electricity needs.
