My electric went up 3 times the amount with their smart meter.. the only one it has been smart for is them.. and I'm really annoyed with all these paper flyers they like to send out telling you, you use more electric than your neighbor's do. It's lies.. they automatically enrolled me in paperless billing but want to spend money on these color flyers?! It's a joke.. What a scam

My power has been out for 17 hours. However, they told me it would be back on.In 3, I've lost all my meat thousands of dollars because of their false information. They have done nothing but lie Since the power went out. I drove to the scene they are all sitting in their trucks as if they don't want to get wet by the rain. they have proven to be less than useless.

If you're looking up this number on Google after getting a call from them please be warned that this is a scam. National Grid has put out an official warning about scammers with fake caller ID pretending to be National Grid and advising people to always double check that an agent is able to provide the last 5 digits of your account number. I tried this last time they called me and they got mad and hung up, safe to say the advice works 🙂

Called to transfer ownership from last tenant to me. Operator said they needed to send someone out to read the meter which I thought was no big deal, I got home and they turned off the power, they won’t turn it back on and they keep telling me the earliest appointment is a week and a half away

National Grid Worcester Operations Office serves as a crucial hub for the company's internal operations. It's important for customers to be aware that this facility is not open to the public. This means that you cannot visit this location for bill payments or in-person customer service inquiries. National Grid Massachusetts is a nightmare to deal with! The worst customer service I have ever seen. My tenants have been waiting 3 days for them to turn on power going on day 4th. they keep saying a technician is coming but no one ever does. Their answer is all the technicians are very busy and we will get there when we can. It's sad that National Grid has a monopoly and does not care about accommodating power needs.
