We have a tile roof and had a difficult time finding a company that would install on our roof. SolarUp was willing to do so. After a bad experience with a different company, our SolarUp energy consultant took the time to listen to our concerns and talk us through each step of the process. Everyone we have worked with has been very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I got solar by this company on March 2023. I got 1 year deferred payment. I used to pay $148 average to ComEd, now I only pay $15 dollars. Great experience from the beginning. The sales rep was very friendly and honest, she showed me the step by step process to install and was honest with the prices and how I would get my incentives. I referred them a few friends and they are honest about send the referral checks.

The initial process of getting set up with SolarUp was a breeze! Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to have to sign up if I didn't want to. With our electricity bill increasing close to $50 a month over the past 3 years, the choice was obvious. Call SolarUp, they will get you taken care of!

Unhappy with this company, they dont honor their warrantys, and as we are trying to figure out a problem with one of our panels that we have been dealing with for months they finally tell us we have to find a different contractor because they wont fix it. We have tried calling many times and never get a response back.

Best decision we’ve made- only wish we would have gotten solar sooner. Sales and service team were knowledgeable and listened to our needs. All questions we had were answered and even received a couple of check in calls from the owner. Very impressive follow up. The process was so simple, they take care of each step along the way. We are thrilled with the savings monthly- it pays for itself. Looks great too!
