Mis compatriotas Colombianos. Les recomiendo que no vayan hagan nogocios que esta compañia "Solis Batteries" Una mujer que trabaja que tiene algo contra nosotros los Colombianos. Llame y hable con el dueño del negocio el cual me asuro que tenia disponible una bateria para mi carro que no se vende frecuentemente. La mujer me muestra la bateria y le comienzo hablar con mi acento notable de Medellin Colombia, esta señora e inmediatamente le cambio el senblante y tono de voz y se puso sarcastica y en un tono de voz bien golpeado me pidio que le pagara en efectivo/cash. Le dije que tenia que salir al carro a sacar el resto de mi dinero en efectivo y cuando volvi dos minutos depues y entro a la tienda, tuvo el descaro de decirme de que ya habia vendido la bateria sabiendo que ningun otro cliente habia entrado a la tienda si no solo yo. Yo me quede perplejo y en ese momento entendi que esta mujer vendedora en Solis Batteries es una racista contra nosotros los Colombianos porque a esta mujer yo no le hize nada si no solo hablar es nuestro acento Colombiano. Yo llame al dueño Solis en cual sorprendentemente justifico el comportamiento de esta señora tan racista. Vuelvo y les repito no vayan a esta tienda si no quieren ser rechazados a que le vendan una bateria por ser Colombianos. Estamos orgunllosos de ser Colombianos y aqui ninunga persona de ningun otro pais nos va rebajar nuestra patria. English: My fellow Colombians. I advise you not to do business with this company "Solis Batteries" A woman who works there has something against us Colombians. I called and spoke to the owner of the company who assured me that she had a battery for my car that was not often sold. The woman showed me the battery and when I started talking to her in my Colombian Medellin accent she immediately changed her demeanor and tone of voice and became sarcastic and spoke to me in a very stern manner and asked me to pay her in cash. I told her that I had to go to the car to get the rest of my cash and when I came back and entered the shop 2 minutes later she had the nerve to tell me that she had already sold the battery as she knew that no other customer had entered the shop except me. I was stunned and it was then that I understood that this woman who works at Solis Batteries is a racist against us Colombians. I did not do anything to this woman, but I spoke to her in my strong Colombian accent. I immediately called the owner of Solis and, surprisingly, he justified the racist behavior of his saleswoman against us Colombians. I repeat, do not go to this shop if you are from Colombia as you do not want to be refused a product simply because of your race. We are not going to let anyone belittle our race. My response to the owner: Con todo respeto si vos sos el dueño de este negocio y tenes un video pues tenes que volverlo a revisar y ver que lo primero que me dijo esta empleada que vos tenes que tiene algo contra los nosotros los Colombianos, me dijo de una cuándo comencé a hablar fue de que no tenía la batería que ya me habían confirmado que tenían disponible, ósea desde el comienzo se negó a venderme el producto. Fue solo porque otro de tus empleados que quizás no tiene nada contra nosotros los Colombianos que escucho mi pregunta y le dijo que si tenía la batería. Aquí nadie le puso precio tus productos parce. Simplemente que vos tenes un negocio donde solo aceptas pagos en efectivo y le pregunte a tu trabajadora que si ustedes aceptaban Apple Pay o Tarjetas de débito y una manera bien sarcástica me dijo que no. Vuelvo y te repito cuando yo salí a mi carro a buscar el efectivo para pagar, dos de mis amigos, son Testigos porque estaban adentro de mi carro, ninguno de los tres vimos entrar a nadie a tu tienda a comprar la misma batería que esta mujer racista se nego a venderme. como puede ser posible en un par de minutos yo salgo y mis amigos estando estacionados afuera por arte y magia supuestamente tu vendedora, dijo que alguien ya había comprado la batería sin nadie entrar y salir de la tienda.

Look, I didn't simply want to pay for a battery that cost almost 200 dollars, went I could get one for a more cost effective price and does the same thing. The guy Danny is the best first time ever meeting and he treated me with so much caring and professionalism that he truly made my day this guy is really a goodhearted person, I definitely recommend this business and Danny as well.

Bought two batteries, and they both got the job done.... With no problems. The price was nice too. Id recommend this place.
