Somerset Bar

This place is amazing. Top-tier drinks and service, and the ambiance is impeccable. I highly recommend going during daylight hours for the full experience, akin to a boozy greenhouse. Shared six of their signature cocktails with my girlfriend, all fantastic, and the staff was beyond accommodating. Do yourself a favor and take a ride share, you’ll lose track of time in this place. Ethereal and transcendent, this is a must visit for even the most casual cocktail enthusiast.

Not only was this the coolest bar I’ve ever been to, the bartenders were OVER THE TOP kind and attentive. We were visiting for the night and they were so helpful suggesting places to go and things to see. Super impressed by the customer service but the espresso martini was also the best I’ve ever had. All in all our favorite place of the night, so happy we stopped in. Thanks for a great experience!

The vibe here is amazing so many different spots to enjoy a drink with tons of natural sunlight. We got 4 different cocktails were all very bitter but interesting.

Somerset Bar is a whole vibe! I went with my friend on a mom’s trip, and the atmosphere was like nothing I’ve experienced—so unique and magical. Not all bartenders were the same, though. One started off great, but when I asked about a drink I’d never heard of, his attitude totally shifted. He seemed annoyed, and it really threw me off. I get that it was busy, but it was still disappointing, so I closed my tab with him. I walked over to the other side & thankfully, another bartender (off the clock, no less!) noticed I was waiting patiently and kindly offered to make me a drink. That sweet gesture turned the night around. All in all—gorgeous spot, great vibes, but some staff could work on consistency.

During my last visit to Cincinnati, I was excited to finally bring my partner to Somerset. The venue lived up to all expectations and did not disappoint. As we approached, we navigated a dark alley, which added a little suspense to the experience—my partner was a bit hesitant, but it added to the venue’s unique charm. Once inside, we were greeted by a stunning space with digitally lit LED walls, jungle-inspired greenery, and a vibrant, calming atmosphere. The venue was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a relaxed yet energetic vibe. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and quickly found ourselves chatting with locals and the bartender, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bathrooms were a bit tricky to locate and slightly comical to navigate, so I’d recommend not waiting until the last minute. Somerset has a truly unique vibe that sets it apart. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was my third visit, and my partner’s first, and it certainly earned a spot in both of our hearts. We’re already planning to return with friends to share the experience.

Whoever was at the entrance might have been a racist or something. I would have given a 2 star but thanks to my friends and how quick the bartender was, I am giving a 3 star. I came here by 12 midnight, so there was almost no music. Maybe I came too late but once again, my friend made my day. But outside this, the place has different sections depending on your vibe. Ignoring the dude at the entrance, you may live it here. Not noisy tho

This is probably my new favorite bar in the Cincinnati area. We visited for the first time this weekend on a rainy day and it felt like we were in a different country to be honest! The DJ was playing tribal music, my drink was all cute and sparkly, and we were surrounded by the most gorgeous plants everywhere! There are alcoholic and non-alcoholic options and there is a cute area inside that is set up as a library lounge— very cozy. I don’t believe there are food options (we did see a food truck outside, but not sure if it’s open). All in all 10/10 recommend!
