Never answers and customer service is terrible I can’t set up electricity because my address isn’t on the website and it will only let me use the website make it make sense

Most incompetent company. Always shutting off power when there is no reason.

Horrible infrastructure, they turn off power to the Big Bear Valley to allow usage down the hill

Power outage are ridiculous, I understand there being emergency reasons to do so. But it seems sce turns off the electricity for every small inconvenience to them. Being without power for days (almost a week) is outrages!

Edison you guys cause to much power outages! Causing food to go bad & everyone isn't gonna sell their property! & it's funny how you guys keep the power on for businesses what people have no say to have their power on so you turn it off what a joke

Lived in the area now for 7 years, the 1st 2 years we had stronger winds and no shut offs and no downed lines or fires, also our area has underground lines yet we get shut off, SCE wont show us what lines cause us to get shut off, these emails and shut-offs are giving me severe anxiety.

I’ve only lived in Fontana 5 out of my thirty years of life and in this five years I’ve experienced more power outages than I did in my 25 years living in LA. All negative reviews are accurate how are you having an outage every other year. What are people paying you for that you can’t get better equipment? This is maddening. Power has been out for over 12 hours food is spoiled now and they’ll still try and charge you for having bad service.
