This is the third time we’ve used Solar Splash, Tony the manager is very professional and knowledgeable about everything to do with Solar, and offers a great product at a very reasonable price. The before, during and after sales and service are the best you’ll get. I was lucky enough to have the same technician "Griffin" come and fit the panels and parts for all 3 of my pools, he is also very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to friends and family or anyone that wants a great job done with value for money and with a great guarantee. Thank you guys Les Avis..

VERY poor communication. A good system, but had some problems that should have never happened. I worked with Tony, he gave me great information, quick turn around on numbers, and got things schedule quickly. Was responsive to questions and responding to all requests for information until the check was signed and sent. The first complaint I have is I was never given notice of when the installation would happen. I wanted to be there when someone was walking around and installing equipment on my house. I was given a couple day window but never heard from the contractor as to when he would be on site. I just came home to see it was magically installed one day. (Mind you this was just as COVID lock downs were happening, so I appreciated it being able to be installed before quarantine happened) I have had 3 issues that have needed work to be redone or fixed since the installation (8 months ago). 1) During my initial inspection the day it was completed (3/18) (Installation took two days) i noticed a small drip. This was the first of the 3 issues. I texted Tony directly about a small drip and wet spots. I did not hear back. A couple days later the drip was repaired. 6 days later (3/24) I received a text confirming he got the check i sent though. No mention of the drip. Never received any notice when the contractor would be there to fix it or if he had revived my message about the drip. again, glad it was repaired, but I had noted to Tony to please let me know any time anyone would be at the house to do work. 2) Second problem was only noticed 11 days after installation (4/29) when I got a chance to get onto the roof and look at the installation myself. The attention to detail of the installation was very much lacking. Plastic clips were everywhere, the mounting brackets had already pulled away from the roof, the temperature sensor for the system was just laying on the roof. The sensor wires had been twisted together with duct tape, and there were clear kinks in the control cable(See pictures). I again texted Tony, included pictures. No response back, but received a call from the installer directly on 4/30. Was told it would be taken care of but no mention of when. Asked that I be informed when a date would be set and to let me know when they would be at the house. Come 6 weeks later (6/10) still no word from either Tony or contractor on when the items would be corrected. So I follow up with another text to tony (6/14), showing the panels have since slide away further, and that i have decided to take it upon my self to correct the horrible wire splice job. Never received a response from Tony. 3) Final problem was only noticed after a water stained formed on our ceiling during the tropical storm on November 11th. I went into the attic and notice a considerable amount of water coming in at the multiple tie down points along the top portion of the solar array. This was the ONLY wet spot in the entire attic. They are on a steep portion of the roof and very high up. This meant the leak is not the result of ponding but was only a result of no sealant and very poor installation. I texted the installer (who had given me his number previously) but also emailed Tony for official record (since text messages were not and still not being responded to) since the damage caused by the poor installation has resulted in damage to our interior. I received no confirmation responses from either, however, got home from work and had a work slip in the door saying the anchor points were repaired. Again, no communication as to when anyone would be there, or even acknowledging they received my messages. I would have arranged to be home when the repair was taking place, and requested pictures of the repair. I was unable to do either. The anchor repair only (not ceiling repair) did take place a couple days after the text/email was sent. As of today, 11/21 no response from Tony. (11/21)Tony, why do you respond to the post but not my texts or emails?

I was fortunate enough to find Tony with my initial passive solar pool heating system from Direct Energy over 8 years ago. As we all know, it's near impossible to find a contractor with excellent integrity that will be around for the long haul. He & his team did a superb job setting me up back then & he honored his warranty 5 years into my system's operation when a panel failed. This kind of service is unheard of in St. Pete. Recently my solar heating was not working, and Tony took the time to walk me through its operation on the phone. His advice & guidance gave me the information I needed to take the troubleshooting to the next step & allow me to use the system manually until I could get the parts needed to fix it myself. I can't thank Tony enough for his dedication & willingness to help even though he didn't profit from it. He truly gives gold star service!

We had our pool built in 2020 solar was added after the pool was complete. It was an easy transition to add the solar on our roof. Worked perfectly and keep the temp in the pool where we liked it. It made it so we could use the pool longer when the weather got a bit cooler. Also we were able to run the pool at night in the middle of the summer and the system actually helped cool down the pool temp( our pool does not have a cage and the water got very warm in the summer). Fast forward to 2024 hurricane season. We needed the roof replaced and called Tony(since roofing company would not touch the solar) They were able to remove the panels and when roof was complete they came back an re-installed the panels. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a way to heat their pool. The best part is after you pay for the solar that is it... no propane or electric cost involved .

Had Tony and his guys install solar pool heating for my screened in 14x28 pool. I went with 6 panels with automatic temperature controller. The quote was done in minutes over the phone using aerial maps for the measurements. I was provided with by far the cheapest estimate compared to other local installers (I had 5 quotes all together). I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews on Google but I'm extremely happy I went with these guys in the end. The install is very clean and tidy. Very professional work, just take a look at the pictures. 2 days after install in early March my pool has already gone from 70 degrees to 83!

Have been using Splash Solar for years. They did the original install and a second set 15 years later. The panels take a beating on the roof and from time to time we get a small leak. Tony sends the repair guy (Curt) out and gets it fixed in no time. I have developed a great relationship with both guys as they are very professional, courteous and all around nice guys. Pricing is what it is today but getting quality work in a timely matter is what's important to us. I highly recommend them for your solar panel work.
