Standard Supply is one of the best distributors we have done business with our territory manager JC is awesome always wanting to help and makes sure we have everything we need. Standard recently Added a Business development dept to the company and we had the opportunity to meet with chad faith whop has been instrumental in helping us build our business. Shoutout to both of these people within this organization, this has fully solidified my partnership and business with standard supply long term. Y'all rock

I’ve experienced all the different HVAC vendors as well as all of the other Standard branches in DFW over the years. I have to say this particular store is my favorite. The employees are competent, friendly & attentive and the consistency is unmatched. Their pricing is competitive but what really keeps me loyal is the customer service & efficiency. They have always gotten me out the door quicker than any other supply house!

Gloria Lopez did everything but help the situation. Had a product I purchased a few days prior with marks on them. When I tried to return them was told I couldn’t use this location and she refused to help. Very unprofessional and would suggest other locations if possible.

Been here 2 times, both times have happened the same thinng! You walk into their store, and staff in front of the store acts like nobody walked in. YOU GET IGNORED COMPLETELY! There was 4 representatives behind the service desk, and tried to get anyone's attention to purchase merchandise, and they all claimed to be busy WITH NO OTHER customers in their store! WHAT A JOKE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

It’s a cool environment but the short Latino lady is always over friendly and helpful, she is why I’m giving them a five star.
