I had 4 projects over 2 days with very helpful staff throughout the process. When I came to pick them up, 3 out of 4 were done exactly as I had hoped. The fourth one wasn’t quite right but management stepped in and redid the entire project in less than 3 hours. She worked with me to make the changes needed and made sure I could pick them up in my timeframe. I highly recommend the print department. Great job to all the staff.

I wanted to purchase 3 of the same item that was on sale for Christmas gifts, but they only had 2 in stock. The cashier ordered a 3rd for me to be delivered to my home. It came the next day. So pleased with their help and friendliness, and the speed with which I received my other purchase. I highly recommend Staples!

The Staples store at the Rim is a great location, the store is always clean, its well laid out and I can find things I need, no problem. The people in the print shop are friendly and knowledgable, and the cashiers are efficient and friendly as well. I enjoy shopping at my Staples and intend on continuing to be a loyal customer. PS... being able to recycle my printer cartridges there is also a great service. I applaud them for being a part of the answer to the environmental issues we face. Yet another reason to continue being a loyal customer!

Staples Better Binders are of superior quality. I especially love the assortment of colors and sizes. As a teacher, being organized is crucial. When they have their sales I like to stock up as needed. The in-store coupon through the rewards program saved me an additional amount off my total purchase. My mom and dad have even started buying better binders for their organizational needs.

I put in a rush printing order the night before. We didn’t receive any updates but my wife went to pick up at 11am (when it says they should be ready by). They handed her 60 pages out of a 137 page order. When she told them it was incorrect, they printed the whole 137 page order in a few minutes (now past 11am) and couldn’t figure out how to refund her for the express fee (not the entire order) so they gave her cash. They were visibly annoyed although it was their mistake. Super unreliable and inconvenient experience.

Tonight I went to this store for the first time because I had received an email about a few school supplies sale. Our church (Grace Point Church) is having a foster to adopt ministry event in July where 200 families/grandparents (who care for foster kids) can "shop" for school supplies for their foster kids. Church members donate the school supplies. There were so many of the items on the donation list that are currently on sale. $127 bought the following: 1 Llama backpack, 30 Elmer's glue, 2 boxes of Elmer's glue stick (30 per box), 30 boxes of 24 count Crayola crayons, 5 packs of wide rule filler paper, 30 boxes of pencils (12 per box), 30 dual pencil sharpeners and 30 1-subject spiral notebooks. Shout out to Santiago, Dana and Kyle (cashier) for helping me shop and have a great first shopping experience at this store! #excellentcustomerservice I signed up for the rewards program but will need to look further to better understand the details. Will likely be back to shop for more!
