Great customer service at the Broadway and Rural store in Tempe, AZ store. The best of all our local stores. The employees are very friendly and helpful. He also gave me the option of ordering what I needed since we needed more of the product than the stores usually have in stock. I had it sent to the store and did not to have to pay shipping. I really appreciated that since this is not for a business, but for me personally. Like I said, Great service!!

Staples is the best business for print projects and office supplies. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. We use Staples for all our business needs. Staples also has the best rewards program anywhere.

They are always extremely helpful! Rachel at the front was a great help to me I was faxing off paperwork and made a mistake and she came over and help me fax it correctly and also refunded me for the pages i faxed wrong by mistake. They will definitely get my business!

Upon arriving at the store, I asked staff about the ECO TANK refills I needed. An employee suggested that I search on Google, and when I was unable to find the correct product, they advised that another option would be suitable despite my printer not being listed. I purchased this alternative, but the ink refills do not work for my printer. As the package has been opened and is unusable for me, I plan to return it and would like a refund or the appropriate replacement.

The printing team here is excellent! We had a large printing job for a program we were running, and they were flexible and communicative throughout the process. TJ and Callie are fantastic to work with. Thank you!

Wow is this place expensive. I went in to purchase some file folders. 10 file folders were nearly $30! They were not hanging folders or anything special. I went up to the cashier and ask them to verify the price and they said that was correct. No wonder stores are going out of business. Store was clean and organized.
