Staples is a great choice for my office supply needs. They always have items in stock and deliver very quickly. Great to work with earning points when empty ink cartridges are returned.

I went on Wednesday, July 16th around 5 pm and I asked a person who works there if he could help me with the copy machine and he said, "I can't help you." Go there and read. I said, "Wow, what kind of customer service!" He had attitude and told me everything. The thing is, I can read, but not all of English, and I don't use a copy machine all the time. Improve your customer service because if it's not me, it could be an elderly person, etc. Please be more helpful to people.

Wow. After googling where to renew a passport I found my self at the Greece location . According to Google it can be done in 3 days …. I went to the service desk said hi I am here to renew my passport. All 4 employees were completely dumbfounded by the question. Literally crickets. I said is that possible they just looked at each other didn’t say anything . Then one said provably Henrietta. Probably ?!? I mean WOW. Then one said do you mean TSA check? Mmmm no I mean passport . I said ok thanks and walked out . If they would have answered my phone call after 26 min and 13 seconds that would have been nice so I didn’t waste over an hour of my day …. I mean WOW

VERY PLEASED with my HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e that I bought from the Greece Staples.. The manager assisted me himself, which I found pleasing. This new printer is amazing and much smaller than my previous HP 8740 Much more functionality and integrated immediately with my Linux system.

Staples in Greece was amazing today. Many people helped me immediately after entering. 1 Young Lady actually helped me get rewards app set up.

The tech team was very knowledgeable and patient. Did a great job and would recommend them to my friends.

Always helpful and offers almost everything for a small business and home office. Do not use them for computer issues though. They said our computer was worthless and wanted us to spend almost $2000 to replace it, we took it elsewhere and fixed it for 100-200 total!
