I used their services to print stickers for my sister's baby shower. I printed them Bigger than expected for small bottles and end up using them on the gift bag. Definitely will be using their services again specially as I like to DIY a lot of things.

I went in to get printer ink and I was pretty confused also was very shy to ask for help. Jose saw me and came over to help me. It has been a very long time since I’ve been treated in such a professional and patient manner. I always receive decent customer service at this Staples, Jose was exceptional

Always ridiculously understaffed. Often 1-2 associates managing lines of 20+ people. The associates are very kind and helpful always, it’s not their faults. But they need more staff! The lines are always overwhelming and ridiculous.

Rick is the worst unprofessional "manager". He made such a simple return so difficult not to mention I'd drove 40 minutes to get here. Shame on you never returning back to this store again.

There Amazon return line is ridiculous every time I go in there either 1 person in front of me or 10 expect to wait at least 30 minutes there main guy they have doing it is very slow he prioritizes making a new boxes rather then getting the line down there are 2 different lines for check out and returning Amazon but there mine as well be 1 seeing it doesn’t mater what line your in you wait forever I can’t stand this is my closet option to return things they need to pick up the past this is crazy each time. I’m over it.

Subject: Formal Complaint for Discriminatory Treatment Received Moments Ago To whom it may concern, My name is Paola Cerón, and about 10 minutes ago I had a very unpleasant experience at your establishment located at 7500 W Commercial Blvd, Lauderhill, FL 33319. I was there with my one-year-and-eight-month-old son trying to make some copies. When I had trouble with the machine, I approached the front desk to ask the young man working there for help. Since I don’t speak English fluently, I used my phone’s translator to explain the issue. Unfortunately, he completely refused to listen or assist me, showing no willingness to help and no empathy whatsoever. While trying to calm my son, who was understandably restless for his age, I also did my best to communicate with the employee. Instead of making any effort to understand me, he began loudly asking if anyone spoke Spanish, in a way that made me feel ridiculed and humiliated in front of other customers. This is not just about not speaking English. It’s about empathy, humanity, and respect—especially in a country where many of us come from diverse backgrounds. His behavior was unacceptable and could be considered discriminatory. That is why I’m submitting this formal complaint. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that no one else has to go through what I experienced. I kindly request a response regarding how this matter will be handled.

The associate at the store working the amazon desk was wondeful. He worked both lines by myself while also answering questions a d the phone. His support in the store did an awful job. I got here around 656pm.
