Staples has very efficient staff that are well trained. Clearly, the easiest way to get your money back for that not so perfect purchase from Amazon. No headaches, no hassles!

All 5 stars go to Sean in the Copy & Print department. Very nice and super knowledgeable team member. I've never had to use this type of service before, it was something I needed for work and he made it super easy for me.

I was coming in from out of town for a networking event that I needed to have several hundred flyers and brochures made. Kaylee walked me through the process as I was new to using the self-serve copier. Later that day, I received a call from Kaylee letting me know I'd left my thumb drive at the store and she would keep it behind the desk for me to pick up on my way to the airport that weekend. Well, of course I forgot, and as soon as I got home back to Ohio, I called and spoke with January- another patient and kind soul that told me, "I'll send it out today!" She did, and by the end of the week, I had my thumb drive. I was incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service these two ladies demonstrated, truly going "above and beyond". Thank you again and again! Oh, and the flyers and brochures turned out spectacular too!

Had to get something printed today. Was told to go to Staples. Walk in and made my way to the printing center. Was greeting immediately by Sean. He was working on project but still looked my way and greeted me. He informed me how to get my print done. I thanked him as I was leaving. He informed me to be sure I exit completely out to clear my card on file for other print jobs. Thank you Sean for making my print job easy and efficient.

I recently started coming here for my print purchases, and I don’t think I’ve ever made a better decision. They have very affordable prices and very friendly workers and they make me feel very welcomed and appreciated it . I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me in the printing center last time, but I do want to give kudos to Kaylie . Her customer service and professionalism was phenomenal.

Great sales!!! Stopping at the local store is usually a financially rewarding experience as we find clearance items that we can make use of at a great savings. My go to place since the S US41 store opened.
