This staples has to be the worst ever. Do not return Amazon purchases unless you want to waste your day in line. There were oner 20 people in line today and one cashier. This is my 5 time I return my purchases and it's always the same. Today I called the manager and told him it was not acceptable to wait 20 to 30 minutes in line for returns. He told me they only have one computer and one employee working returns. I told him to buy another computer instead of waisting people's time. It's the same during the week. These people could care less about clients. No wonder their sales are down. Not a fan.

I have been to Staples in Port St. Lucie West on several occasions to return items from Amazon and to purchase various items like a printer and printer paper and ink for my printer and each time had a very pleasant experience and the manager assisted me in picking out a printer and the ink and it is always a good experience and very easy to return my items from Amazon. If I have a problem looking for the scanning code, someone always assists me. Kudos to Staples for their good customer service and it is a pleasure shopping there and making it easy to return any of my Amazon orders.

From less than a mile away, I called this Staples store today. A female voice answered but didn't say her name. I asked her if they had USB-C cables. She said she didn't know but was going to check. After 5 minutes on hold, I decided to drive to Best Buy which is about 30 minutes away. So, one hour round trip. I drove to Best Buy, got the cable and attachment I needed, and drove back. The entire time, I didn't hang up the phone. Wanted to see how long it would take them. I decided to go back to the store and let the manager know. At the front desk was a young lady with the same voice that answered my call. Well, she was on her cell phone and my call on the phone right in front of her. I asked her to get the manager. When the manager came out, he seemed upset and bothered that I had asked to see the manager. I explained to him and attempted to give him my phone to listen with the Staples music still playing after an hour. He was not interested. After me trying to convince him that the music was still playing and he should hear it, he decided to look at the phone on the desk. He then pressed one of the keys on the phone and the message changed to "We're having technical difficulties". He then tried to figure out who answered the call from an hour ago....lol When I told him I decided to drive back to the store and show the manager the customer service I received, he seemed nonchalant about it. I then said, I figured I preferred to inform the manager instead of writing a review. His answer was "You can write whatever you want" in a condescending way. So, here I am - enjoying myself writing this review I wouldn't have written if the reaction would have been different. As someone who has been a customer of Staples for many years - today was my last day. Worst experience ever. If this Staples branch is not to par with other stores, senior management should consider the change management process.

I come here often and the staff is always so helpful and friendly! I expected them to be closed on Labor Day but I found Jessie there , as helpful as usual and Ayonna I met that day for the first time. I felt welcome and they were working so hard to take care of everyone in a timely fashion because it was busy that day but they were so graceful in all their interactions. They’re such great help, positive attitude even though they were pretty swamped.

As a customer, you deserve the right to be treated with respect. When you are coming to pick up a UPS package to expect to have someone help you in a considerable amount of time because you are a paying customer. I was there last week to pick up two packages that were supposed to be delivered. There are Amazon hub boxes for deliveries on the wall right next to a black cabinet that is unlocked that says UPS deliveries it does not say.DO NOT ENTER or is not locked so if you’re looking for a package, you will not know that that’s other people’s unless specified by someone else but nothing is labeled. After waiting 15 minutes on somebody I walked over right next to the delivery hub and assumed this is where you pick up packages and was yelled at by a gentleman named Mike, which claimed to be the manager of the store first of all, I like to know where Mike was while I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes and then why I nonchalantly look for my package I get yelled at across the store in a tone like he’s working in some kind of a bar or a nightclub, and it was purely disrespectful as a manager used to be able to delegate tasks to other people to enable yourself to assist other customers to ensure qualities service. I do not know this man’s background or prior work history, but I can tell you that was completely uncalled for. Then afterwards Mike tries to argue with me (bad move) and telling me that I shouldn’t be in the cabinet well, first off when you disrespect me in a tone and that manner, I’m gonna come and tell you exactly how I feel as well. This man decided it was in his best interest to collect buggies and carts because he has actual no managerial skills whatsoever. I was completely disrespected and for me no matter what you can walk up to me and speak politely asking me what I need rather than yelling across the store." Hey what are you doing, get out of there" it’s not a polite way to talk to a customer. I had no intention whatsoever other than trying to find two packages worth over $600. He thinks I have the problem. Then lied when it’s all on camera that I started the situation. This man has NO business being labeled as a manager. Managers are to manage the other employees and customers not to boss customers around and delegate what you wanna do on any given time in any of a moment and that’s where the workforce is today I can guarantee you this man has no idea what he’s doing it pretty much well showed. If this was a manager under me, I would take attention very quickly on why he thinks it’s effective to tell other customers so this is my complaint against the guy that believes he is allowed to work and represent a company in such a bad manner. Hence, why the store is probably not running to it’s at most potential. I can see why and please reprimand this " manager" or at least ask him about the situation and watch the video and you’ll see exactly why I’m making this negative review. He definitely needs quite a bit of training managers like him sitting in a room all day, eating potato chips and at the end of the day to decide to put up buggies yeah this is where the workforce is heading these days.

I’ve never returned Amazon packages at Staples. I’ve always gone to UPS store. Wow, what a difference line is super long so unorganized.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. There is reason why this company always looks like a ghost town. I needed to print and ship. The two girls working there look like zombies and couldn't fix anyone's problems. The printers were all open, and so were the doors for the paper. It looked like someone came and robbed the place. The guy had his money taken, and then they hust told him to try again. I had my packages ready to go and just sitting and waiting. I hate to see if I left my packages here. They would never be picked up by ups. They were helping one lady and acted like there were 20 customers. Then the line actually did start getting bigger because they took 10 yeras to do anything. Everything is pretty much do it yourself, so how is it take that long. This place has worse customer service than wal mart.
