I called Stellar Solar and talked with Orlando about a panel showing no production . I asked for his help in finding someone to resolve the issue. Even though Stellar Solar did not install my system, Orlando offered to make calls to the manufacturer of my system and requested that diagnostics be run to find the issue. A new optimizer is on the way and Orlando will arrange for its installation when it arrives. Wow, I did not expect this treatment. Orlando went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate it. Thanks Orlando.

In 2020, we were paying around $600-$700 a month. This was not sustainable and we contacted Alex Bowser as he was the only one we knew in the solar industry. He explained how everything works, no money down and a fixed rate. Since 2020, we have been paying a fixed rate $225 and we SHOULD be paying $800+. Monice Lopez and Alex Bowser are awesome. They have been helping me with getting scammed by another company that went out of business right after my installation. They are very kind and honest people who are trying to do the right thing. I’m under no obligation to pay them or even to have them do solar for me. Researching for the best solar options can be a daunting task. I did a deep dive with 5 solar companies and decided to work with Alex Bowser and his team at Stellar Solar. Having a local office, team, and crew was important for me. Alex was very patient and followed with all my Questions and requests in a timely manner.
