Storage is safe and clean easy access but as payment the worse place they have some kind of system that every 4 months they don’t process payments just to charge you late fee about $15 and when you call or try to discuss the issue their answer we didn’t get it even if you email screenshot or any kind of prove. This is ridiculous. When I try to set auto payment there excuse the wrong is from my side and still getting charged late fee. Never a win.

The absolute worst storage facility! I moved out in April and got charged for months after. Not to mention the price somehow doubled when they started taking money from my account unauthorized. I am harrassed monthly about making a payment and I have nothing on their property. The absolute worst experience ever with a storage facility. And if you ever need to call corporate, forget about it. You will never be able to speak to anyone but the incompetent people in the office that obviously are not helping.

I would highly recommend Storage Kings. Randylyn and Rosalia were very knowledgeable and professional. Randylyn specifically, made the processes of acquiring a space for our boat seamless. She ensured we had all required documentation necessary to secure a space. The experience was actually enjoyable.

Randy Lynn was the kindest, most helpful person I’ve encountered in a long time. She made the move in process extremely easy. When I needed to switch to a larger unit teo days later, she did everything she could to make it as seamless as possible. She is just so friendly and knowledgeable, I will continue to use storage king because of her.

Like other reviewers, Randy-Lynn and Rose were so welcoming and kind, I was ready to invite them to supper! (Alas, we don’t have chairs or a table yet ) Randy-Lynn took extra time and trouble to try to get all 4 units close together. She was able to manage to group them by twos - and even opened the rear barrier between two units so the movers could load from both entrances simultaneously. She has absolutely understood, not only the stress of any move, but the added distress of our move during a particularly harrowing time in our lives. Rose & Randy-Lynn ensured we were provided with bottled water on each visit. Neither of them didn't tried to pressure us to extend or charge more money. It was particularly kind of her Randy-Lynn to give our movers bottled water when they arrived to empty our 3rd unit. Unbelievably, our movers repaid her generosity by leaving empty water bottles in the hall & unit! She would have been well within her rights to insist we drive all the way up there to clean up litter! Instead, she personally picked up the water bottles, then closed our unit out via email. Such a gem! The area is very clean, both the grounds and the storage buildings. There are a couple of wheeled flats available to help load and unload. We didn’t use it, but at the time they offered free use of a box truck when moving IN. I spent quite a bit of time calling various storage businesses in the area before choosing Storage King. Climate controlled unit prices are about the same as anywhere else, including the blood-sucking processing fee for new customers. None of the businesses I called charged by the week, nor offered pro-rated refunds if you empty the unit halfway through the month.
