Setting up an account with StorQuest was easy and professional. After paying online for a rental, I went tp the facility and met with Adara, who was terrific. She explained everything and we got through the final paper work quickly. Then Adara took me on a tour and showed me how the security access worked, and then showed me my storage space. Great experience!

Adara is amazing!! Since I have met her she has always helped me whether it be obtaining account information, making a payment, or even helping me physically get into my storage unit. No matter how much I bug her, she always helps me with a smile. Because of her dedication, I always feel good about visiting her and know what my accounts with StorQuest will be handled responsibly.

This Storquest location is the best! The friendly staff always goes above and beyond. Adara in the front office is always so friendly, accommodating, and helps with any questions I have. They are also flexible with letting us in after hours. Overall this location is great and the staff is amazing, would recommend.

We have had a unit at this location for about five years. They are consistently responsive to requests. The units are clean and we enjoy coming here. Specifically the manager Adera took incredibly good care of us in a recent transaction. We highly recommend this business.

Don’t look anymore for your storage needs I looked for a year at every company and this storage is by far the best in terms of price, locations, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, just everything really. I wanted to mention Nelson as well as he has helped me and just made everything so easy I had to write a review. All around the helpful and friendly guy is on top of it all.

This place scammed us. When we talked to the manager she didn’t apologize for anything and tried to act like there was nothing she could do about it. Instead of adjusting our reservation to what we actually selected online she told us we could move out. We had just finished moving in when we realized their mistake. Awesome. Store your stuff elsewhere if you appreciate honest businesses.

Here you can receive your oversize packages and do not worry that it will get lost. Would recommend to those who moved to LA and moving the business with you. Also drive in units are very convenient.
