This location has terrible customer service..I asked an employee I believe her name was Emma for an item that was in stock on the website and she didn’t even hesitate to look it up to check if they have it in back-stock she just told me straight up we don’t got none and walk away. They need to hire more professional employees. Employees that takes their job more seriously.

Dear Ace Hardware Management, I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at your store. Yesterday, I drove 30–35 minutes in 105° heat specifically to purchase a capacitor. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong one. This forced me to drive all the way back in the same dangerous heat, wasting time, gas, and energy. When I returned, I asked the electrical manager, John, if he could at least put the correct part on hold for me. Instead of taking accountability for the store’s mistake, he told me he could not. This was very frustrating — not only was I inconvenienced, but the attitude and lack of responsibility shown by your staff made the situation worse. What kind of customer service is this? If a customer is given the wrong item, the very least that should be done is ensuring the correct one is available and set aside. Experiences like this are exactly why customers turn to online retailers instead of supporting local hardware stores. The lack of care, accountability, and professionalism I experienced today reflects poorly on your brand. I hope Ace Hardware takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability in the future.

Never buy tools there. They lie to the client. The sales person didn’t know what they were selling and never told about warranty etc. it’s a 2k equipment stop working after using it and now they said because it’s not in the warranty they can’t do anything. It’s been not even a full 4 months. Second time using it. And their policy says they should turn on equipment they never did. Worst costumer service

In-store shopping is great I've always had great customer service. But the online website needs work. Couldn't get past the main page asking me for my zip code over and over and ultimately not being able to look up my item. Frustrating to say the least.

I enjoy Stand Ace Hardware. It has a big inventory without feeling overwhelmed. There is plenty of floor staff to assist you as well. The deals are there if you look, plus Club Rewards and coupons. They have a great BBQ selection including Traeger, Weber and the Big Green Egg. A nice nursery area, paint shop, work clothes and tool selection. You can buy just the amount of fasteners you need.

Employee Sam always goes out of his way to help me find what I'm lookingp for, offering his suggestions which are often better than my original idea. Sam never tries to just sell me things I don't want or need, he is straight to the point, tells me a good way to get the job done or a better way, which often times saves me money! You just don't get this service from the bix box named hardware stores. Strand Ace Hardware is fortunate to have Sam on their staff, he is a valuable team member!

I Give Mack From Electrical and Plumbing Department 10 Stars for showing up at Helpful Desk uncalled when persons called were no show! After 3 associates Half Heartedly tried to help me , first one Directed me to wrong Product, second 2 just Gave Up! Mack showed Up! Quickly on Computer Identified My Item , He persisted Above and Beyond until He Located my item. Truly an Asset to the Ace Corporation, Mack Should train all others on a Corporate Level Share is Customer Service Skill, Positive and Friendly Attitude, and most of All his undying Persitents to help you find what you need. While others stand around or walk away when they see you approach with Question.
