I hope SUB has learned how to be ready for events like the 2024 Ice Storm, but when they have employees like Tracy, I'm not sure they will. This employee failed to maintain giant shrubs that ended up falling on my driveway, my car and threatening to fall on my house during the storm, but when I contacted her about it she said they were not her responsibility. When I explained that they were her property she responded that she was not concerned and that she was busy taking calls from Springfield residents. She even ran off a kind neighbor who stopped by in storm conditions asking if I would like him to clear the bushes off my car and driveway. After all of that, she is now demanding that I move a small utility trailer that I have kept between our houses for 10 or 15 years, and all of the time she has lived there and was just fine with it. Nice person for sure. After the storm event, I ended up with a cracked radiator that had to be replaced. I wonder how that happened? Additionally, I slipped on the ice that day when my family and I were trying to clear the bushes away and ended up with an injured hand that turned purple. She leaves her new husband (who doesn't own the house and doesn't live there) outside between the houses to hassle me (a near retirement age female) and raises his voice at me to say he's going to build a 1000 foot tall fence. I must say, for the most part SUB has been a good provider for many years.

SUB used to be decent now all the sudden my bill is 100$ more per month. Not sure what has changed besides all the BS fees. Also the website to pay online is clunky and old. 300$ per month in the summer for a 1000 square ft home is outrageous.

Sub has always been pleasant, helpful and professional every time I had and questions or issues. Best charges for utilities for all the years I have been with SUB since I came to the area in 1985.

Sub is great, and the kindest people. Especially compared to eweb that will extract a kidney if you are late on your bill.

Our power went out earlier today (as did many other houses in our area) and we ended up being some of the last people with our power still out when everyone else’s had been restored. I called SUB and got connected with a representative immediately who took my number and after I hung up I promptly got a phone call from a SUB worker. Not one, not two, but THREE trucks showed up to help turn our power back on. It took them no longer than 5-10 minutes to get the power up and running. I want to thank SUB and their efficiency during this power outage. Y’all are amazing!

EDIT- wow! They also lie about their call logs too Funny how I see another person with the experience of them lying about letters. Someone was sent to my house this morning without giving me any warning, woke up my baby, and left before I could answer the door and proceeded to turn off my power. I have not received any letters with my bill other than being notified it's late and funny how they have called me in the past but won't call before sending someone to turn off my power because apparently I "didn't give them permission" that's total BS because I have voicemails still in my phone of being notified to call SUB and make a payment.

Another corrupt utility company with a monopoly on basic needs doing the worst for citizens of the town. They lied about sending letters, are rude on the phone and refused to set up a proper payment plan or care that my kid has medical issues. They refuse to help then say "oh you never set up a plan." Horrible.
