I am highly impressed with Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Manda was a a terrific project manager. Communication was timely and detailed and they ended up completing the installation 4 weeks earlier than expected. In part this is because SRP did their work in a timely way but also because follow-up from the SVSS team was very quick when issues came up. The installation crew was pleasant and hard working and explained when I had questions. I was a little nervous about using the Tesla app to appropriately schedule when the battery was used to cover On Peak time frames and was relieved to have support from Bill who is amazing. He knows so much about the battery, the apps (Tesla app and Netzero automation), and SRP process and metering, that set up was quick and his "tutoring" was helpful. I highly recommend this firm.

I had my units installed in 2014. Worked as expected. 2025 got a failure light on the inverter. Called and spoke to rep. Was told that manufacturers warranty would cover the work as long as it was not something caused by me. Also sent a small book to sign before the repair would be started. Signed the paperwork and after a few phone calls to get scheduled, that was start of frustration, finally workers showed up. After they completed work, by the way very nice workers, they said it was the connectors had failed. I talked with them and even said well good its not something I did. They agreed and told me it should be warrantied as a component failure. I then received an invoice of $590.00. I immediately emailed the rep and said I thought this was warranty coverage as I for sure did not mess with components. I did not hear back. Was checking emails and started receiving invoices for the $590 again. I called and received a call back from a "supervisor" who told me I only had 10 year warranty coverage. I explained that the original rep told me that as long as I did not create the failure, the work would be covered. Checked the original paperwork and I do have a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. She continued to tell me that the work was not covered under the 10 year warranty. As we went back and forth she told me the employee no longer works for the company and misinformed me. I asked how this is reasonable? I am told warranty work would be covered, I agree to the work then, and then the employee no longer works for Sun Valley Solutions so I am responsible?! I then ask to speak to a supervisor, which she immediately says she is a supervisor. I tell her then I would need to speak to her boss. She continues to talk over me about I am responsible and need to pay the bill and that it is not their fault I was misinformed by their employee. Wonder why the employee no longer works there?! I again told the "supervisor" I would like her boss to call me. She said she would forward my number to them. No call back. Beware of Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Their employees will lie to you just to get the company a few bucks. Problem is they will send you to collections to get their money that they lied to their customers to get. What choice are you left?!

Sun valley installed my solar system and have no complaints. I am having technical issues with my system not because of them. 5 weeks ago I have called to schedule a technician to come out and replace a breaker and it took 3 phone calls over 3 weeks just to get someone to call me back. They called once and I missed their call and returned the call hours after and left a message and I have heard nothing back. Had to call back again and finally got someone to call back and talked about my issue. Sun valley sent me a quote for the service. I signed the document and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on someone to call and schedule a technician out. Just called again and Ive got to wait for someone else to call me back to schedule some service. I would not recommend sun valley solar their customer service is not very good at all. They are very nice on the phone but getting anything done with them is very frustrating not to mention all the money I’m losing over these almost 2 months wait for them to even schedule a technician out.

Had to update my communications system for our Solar. Our original company went out of business. Found Sun Valley Soar online. The reviews were good and glad I went with them. Initial contact was pleasant and the technician was efficient and very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I recommend them and will use them if needed in the future.

The service was great. Alex coordinated the removed of the Solar panels as well as the re-install. Communication was timely and concise. The 2 crews they sent out were courteous and worked very efficiently. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Sun Valley Solar Solutions.

The team from Sun Valley Solar Solutions was absolutely the best! From our first phone call through their in-depth visit to my burnt-out house where they evaluated every aspect to figure out how to get my solar panels off a charred and crumbling rooftop, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. You could not wish for, ask for a better group of people to take care of your solar panel removal or reinstallation. Hey! If they could figure out how to take care of my disaster, yours on a normal healthy roof will be pieces of cake.

Sun Valley Solar is amazing! Huge shout out to Nimsi. My old solar company went out of business, and when my system stopped working I had no idea where to turn. She walked me through what they could do for me and even walked me through restarting my system. Turns out it just needed a power cycle, and now it’s working perfectly. Genuine customer service like this is rare. 100% calling them for anything I need in the future! Thank you for making a frustrating situation feel manageable.
