Fantastic company. My agent, Aubrey Layton, has been amazing to work with. Answered all our question clearly, and was always available via text whenever we had any other questions pop up. It was clear that she was not just trying to make a commission, but actually wanted to get us a system that best fit our needs. The support team was also great to work with. After the systems was operational, I had an issue where I could not see the energy production through the app. After I informed them, they got to work on the issue and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommended.

Their representative showed me clearly and professionally how I will be saving money. Everything went smoothly from communication to installation of my new Solar panels. The installation went smoothly and was very professionally completed. I can see through the app how to meter my power consumption and what being put to the grid. The app is very easy to understand. Very good and friendly service from the beginning of the experience. First, I was met by two gentlemen (Osiris & I don’t remember the other person’s name) who were very thorough about the process and then the installation of everything was very smooth. Morales installed my water heater and was very pleasant and quick. Wilfredo and Kelvin installed the solar panels and were prompt and swift. They left no mess and stayed out of the way. Phil also calls to make sure everything is running smoothly and that I’m aware of what is to come. I am very satisfied with the whole experience thus far.
