We made our appointment to hear all about Sundrop Solar at a home and garden show. Our salesman was Bo and he was great. He was personable, knowledgeable and truly believes in solar energy. I loved the fact that he didn't talk bad about the other solar companies to sell his product. His integrity stayed with me and mostly why my boyfriend and I went with Sundrop. Gabriel, at the local office always has an answer to my seemingly endless questions. He let us know that our installation would be a little longer than planned. We had no issues with our HOA as Sundrop handled ALL of the paperwork. The installation team, led by Josh were all very professional. We are very happy with Sundrop and our new $30 electric bills! 🙂 STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE!!! WE WERE COERCED TO WRITE THESE RAVE REVIEWS TO RECEIVE DUCT CLEANING AS PART OF OUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT. ONE OF THE MANY PHONE CALLS THAT WAS MADE TO GABRIEL WAS TO SET UP THE DUCT CLEANING THAT NEVER HAPPENED. NEXT THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEN THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND NOW APPARENTLY THEY ARE BACK IN BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

So far, we're absolutely delighted with our experience with Sundrop Solar! We really appreciate a business that delivers more than we expect...and that's just what Sundrop Solar did. They were very careful to not promise what they were not certain they could deliver. In addition, everyone I had the pleasure to interact with was just that...a pleasure. They were all very professional but at the same time personable. We always felt like we were in good hands. I started out very skeptical and was a bit of a hard case to convince and sell. So far, no regrets! I would highly recommend Sundrop Solar if you're considering solar panels to supplement your home's energy consumption.

The folks at Sun Drop solar were very easy to work with and very responsive to my inquiries. The installers worked with me to help resolve a couple of things on install day and make sure the system set-up worked well for me. The process took a bit longer from start to finish than I originally anticipated, but the results were well worth wait. All in all a good experience with great folks!

I am a big fan of solar and think solar panels should cover this city, but find someone else to install them. Sundrop did not do anything the way they said they would. In October, I told the salesman (Tony) I needed the solar done by March or else I wanted to wait until the fall. Tony told me no problem – it would be done by mid-January. It ended up being done in June. The office manager (Plana) was pressuring me to sign the release form saying the job had been completed to my satisfaction practically from the beginning – way before they had actually done anything – and she was persistent. She kept saying "You have to sign this." Luckily I just said no, or I would probably still be sitting here with nothing. When they came to put in the new electrical panel, they unplugged my drip system. I was traveling – the reason I wanted the work done before March – so was not around to prevent a bunch of plants from dying. Sundrop promised me a new thermostat as part of the deal. I stayed home the first day, but the electrician that was supposed to install this thermostat showed up with the wrong thermostat. The second day I stayed home and the installer did not show up at all. Sundrop said I told the installer (who was a total dipstick) that I no longer wanted the thermostat????? I tried to get Sundrop to just give me the thermostat but they did not and I got tired of fighting with them. When Sundrop installed the panel on the roof, a bunch of tiles were broken, but of course they knew nothing about it (just like unplugging my drip system). It cost me $500 to fix the roof. The day they installed the panels, one of the installers opened the truck door and a bunch of garbage fell out. He just kicked at it. One of the more annoying things, the office would call like at 7:00 am and tell me someone was coming out that day. Then when they did not show up and I complained about them wasting more of my time, Sundrop would come back and say they never said what they said. This happened numerous times. Maybe they just have an incredibly poorly run office, but they screwed me around so many times it started to feel personal. I was supposed to get a link and instructions on how to see what was happening with my solar system. I am still trying to get that part done. There was plenty of communication between Sundrop and myself, but the info I got was either bad or they called just to tell me they did not know anything. It was more intrusive than helpful. Anyhow, in my opinion, Sundrop dropped the ball at every turn.

Our experience with SunDrop Solar, LLC had a few setbacks but nothing major nor were they not addressed immediately. They were honest and went over & above to be certain we were taken care of. Everything they said we would get, we got, and everything they said they would do, they did. Plana, who is the director of processing stepped in to assist us immediately to follow up with our project and any problems we had. Not only is she compassionate about her work at Sundrop solar, but she is very understanding with customers and very easy to communicate with. Our end result with the company was excellent. They are an honest company, have a great team behind them, and in the end are very sincere about taking care of their customers and giving them a first class product. We are very happy and satisfied with our new SunDrop solar system.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! The salesman (Tony) is the highest pressure salesman I've had the displeasure of talking to in many years (mister smooth) They lied to me every step of the way! Was supposed to be installed in 2016 ,signed contract 8/31/16 . All I got was runaround for months! Finally the owner called to meet with us , explained all the issues ( he did try to make it better) he did give us a real install date! the crew came out as scheduled, install was OK, but the system didn't work right! Box was bad I guess.......Installer came out & fixed it, he told me that my system should be producing more than it is, I called Sundrop solar & emailed them, That was months ago still no response, now my solar edge box is not working right, I wish I had listened to my wife & told Tony to take a hike, I think the owner is trying, but I am so let down by this experience I wish I could just get my money back!!! My $16,000 investment only saves $25 to $50 per month , It will take 2 life times to recoup my investment!!!!! I have contacted Sundrop Solar many times trying to resolve this! If I could post with no star I would!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE Sundrop Solar!!! USE A SOLAR COMPANY RECOMMENDED BY SRP OR APS ON THEIR WEB SITE. We are filing a formal complaint with AZ Registrar of Contractors & also the BBB. We deeply regret our decision to use this company!!! Mike Bulatovich, owner of Sundrop Solar told us that he would install a power controller ($2500 part + Labor) with our solar installation. The power controller automatically limits the amount of electricity used during peak power periods. We were not going to get solar if this part was not included. Mike did not include this component & Broke his promise to install it. I contacted Mike at least 15 - 20 different times asking for this part to be installed. Mike told me he would schedule & get it installed & never has. Mike came to our home on Aug 1, 2018, to apologize for not getting this taken care of & said he would get it done no later than Aug 31, 2018. I believed Mike was telling me the truth as he seemed genuinely honest, but the exact opposite was true. We have not heard from Mike since & no one from Sundrop Solar has called. Our solar system was installed on Mar 7, 2018 & it's now 7 & 1/2 months later & the part has NEVER been installed.
