Awesome! The communication was outstanding with the various contacts I had within the Sunfinity Solar. The turnaround in plans, permits, and installation was really quick. The installation was great! The workers were always kind, courteous, and never left a mess or debris! I would definitely recommend this company and product to my family, friends, and co-workers. Kathy D.

I am positively surprised how straight forward and painless the whole process of going solar is. Sunfinity Solar can definitely take credit for this as I cannot consider this anything but a 5 star service. It took a whole two days to get from 0 to producing solar power with full approval by the City. Looking forward to seeing how much this system will provide value to our home (and the environment). Highly recommended!

Sunfinity installed solar panels on our building with warranty and insurance. However once the money was paid no one picked up the phone and answered any calls. No answers were provided to any issues or concerns or any follow up done. Extremely poor customer service!

UPDATE: I wrote this review after having an excellent customer service experience with Sunfinity. This was right after our install, when we'd only had the panels a couple months. Almost five years later, our panels have consistently produced less than half the amount of energy Sunfinity told us we were expected to get. I have contacted Sunfinity a couple of times about this and each time was told that everything was working properly, so the only thing left to assume is that they either intentionally or unintentionally oversold their product. I don't know if that happens with every solar company, but I would recommend doing some solid research than before moving forward with any solar. ORIG: We joined the Sunfinity Solar family about a month ago and boy are we glad we did! It was rather a spur of the moment decision so it made us a little nervous, but quite quickly we realized that we were in good hands with Sunfinity. Everyone we've worked with has been very professional and we've felt like taken care of every step along the way. We had a couple of small snafus, but never worried because we knew Sunfinity would make everything right... and they did. Jeff (our project manager) was on top of everything. It was nice being able to reach out to him with any questions/concerns and have him respond so quickly. Now all we have to do it sit back and count the kWh on our handy little app. It's very exciting to see all the power we"re producing!

After having a system be unreliable from the moment they installed it, they finally contracted with someone who knew what he was doing who fixed it. But that was after multiple ignored phone calls (no one EVER answers...EVER), multiple ignored emails, etc. Only a very expensive registered letter finally got their attention. I haven't gotten nearly the generation I was promised, the printed warranty was half the duration of the verbal one and they never responded to my request to refund the over $800 I had to spend to get local help after Sunfinity ignored every initial attempt I made to contact them. The issue, as near as I can tell, was that some connection or connections were simply never done correctly. The fix was to have some poor guy up there during the hot months completely re-doing every single one. It's worked since, but of course financially speaking I'm still deep in the hole. Avoid them.

The whole experience with installing the Sunfinity Solar power system was painless. We were kept informed throughout the entire project. The Sunfinity project team did everything from application to installation. The financing was painless and we pay less for our system per month than we were paying for power. We would recommend Sunfinity Solar to anyone interested in saving money and becoming more environmentally friendly. Thanks to all the professional team members from Sunfinity that made this experience so easy and painless.

Are you looking for a company to supply your home with renewable energy? Look no farther than Sunfinity. Why? The Sunfinity agents took the time to explain the process in detail. They were very patient with our numerous questions and helped us feel at ease while we made the right decision to install solar panels on our home. When the installation team arrived (on time!) the head crew leader was very kind to explain, in detail, what to expect over the next several hours. When the team had packed up their supplies and were ready to leave, again, the crew leader explained the equipment they had installed. When I looked over the area where they worked, there wasn't anything left behind that required my attention to clean up. I have worked with many construction crew members over the past several years and the Sunfinity crew will earn a 5-star review from me for professionalism
