David Kim our salesmen was Amazing! He didn’t come to us we came to him from a friend I work with. The setup was easy and David did an amazing job of explaining how everything work. From the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Sunrun! Just today I was talking to someone that wants to go with Solor. Especially with the power wall Tesla battery. Thank u Sunrun

David Kim was my sales rep. I had a great experience working with him. I was at first scared to get solar because of what the rumors of high bills and the fine print. He explained a lot about how solar works and the Tesla battery. David tremendously helped me through all the steps. Instructing me about how it works, what my responsibilities were (very few). He informed that if I needed help with absolutely anything that he would be there as well as responding to my texts and calls. He is wonderful! If you need a good rep ask for David Kim. The best customer service in the business by far!

I love my Sunrun solar because it comes with a Tesla battery that helps me save electricity during the day.I have the best agent (David) with a great customer service. He always get out of his way to help me and answer all my questions with patience while I’m learning how to use my solar to my advantage. The whole process starting from my agent, solar installations, and city inspection are smooth and stress free. I highly recommend the Sunrun solar.

This company by far has the worst customer service hands down. A total waste of money spent on solar equipment that doesn’t work but just looks pretty sitting on your roof. They are very good at making excuses when you do reach them and are extremely horrible in returning calls. I have a Powerwall failure that prevents me from using my battery during the evening and during grid outages as it is intended which happened in early August. I also have a roof leak from poor installation since September that they won’t come out and fix until they find the lowest bidder to make the repairs. One week you will get assigned a case manager and by the following week a new one will be assigned resulting in you having to start all over again with your claim. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SOLAR.

My sales rep (James) did a very good job. Explained to me the programs benefits. I am completely satisfied and I will tell people about it and let them know how our family and I are very appreciative of the program. A++++

Walter was very knowledgeable and communicated the details in an easy to understand way. The approach Sun Run is using is the only one that has made sense to me so far. Look forward to the next step! 2/22/2024 It's installation day! Shawn & crew here when they said they would be. Panels and Tesla battery installed quickly with little to no mess. 0% inconvenience. Walter made the trip over to see that everything went smoothly and to go over the next steps. Can't wait till we're activated and not 100% grid reliant!

Finally! A solar company with great customer service. Bobby has been with us each step of the way. Tesla battery system and a great program. Highly recommend!
