Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought the new iPhone 17 and had to have it shipped to my house because they didn’t have any in store. NONE of the agents said I had to sign for the phone on delivery. I work full time so of course I couldn’t sign for it. After 3 attempts to deliver the phone was sent back to the warehouse. I came in to figure out what they could do for me-absolutely nothing!! I was told they "didn’t know I had to sign for the phone." I asked how is that possible?? Was I the only customer that had to sign for a phone? He just shrugged. I was told I could reorder the phone but might be charged twice on the monthly bill since I "bought 2 phones." Then I was told they didn’t have any phones in the store. I went to order through the app just to see how to do it and the app said they had phones in store. Another shrug for the stellar customer service agent. I asked if he could at least hold one for me until the other phone was "fully returned." Another shrug and was again told they didn’t know what merchandise they have in store. Fully frustrated and beyond upset. Do better T-mobile!!! Shout out to Frank who did help me! He couldn’t help me with the issue above but did help me set up a new phone! Thank you!

The lady was helpful when we went to switch from prepaid account to Experience Beyond months ago, and we were promised that when we needed, we could switch back. Yesterday, we went back to the store, both the staff had attitude and told us we would have a different number if we switch back to prepaid, they totally didn't want to help, she was just scrolling on her phone and told us to switch by ourselves through T-life. There were no options to do so, we had to contact T-Mobile service online, that was certainly helpful and all problems were solved! So services in local store sucks, but online service is excellent, that's the lesson we have learned.

I came in because I had no 5G service and couldn’t use maps… I’m from Austin but fortunately I’ve traveled to W-S, enough that I knew how to get from PTI to the mall. When I walked in I was greeted by Mark, he asked how he could help. Took one look at my phone and knew how to fix it. I left with a better cheaper plan and my 5G was back up and running. He and all that I encountered were friendly and helpful

Called customer service about upgrade and found out about a great deal. Went to this store and they couldn't find anything about it. Went to manager with customer service on the phone and she said she was busy. Waited for floor associate and connected him with customer service. He said they didn't have inventory and therefore he couldn't help me. Went to different store on Stratford and got the deal done in 15 minutes.
