Just wanted to leave a review for Tmobile Rep. We went to this Tmobile yesterday and was taken care by a young lady. Verrrry patient, she was great! We went almost at closing time and we couldn't do the transfer. So we left and came back today. We were taken care by a male rep and he just started the process and told my husband that we could go. Alana, TMOBILE rep, said she was going to finish it with us. She patiently waited for the process to continue and told the male rep that she would continue with it, as it was part of the TEAM WORK. That is how a well trained and professional rep should be. She didn't know that we were going out of the country on Friday and we really needed to get this done. We have been with TMobile for over 18 years, we both have apple products. We also have enjoyed the Perks Tmobile provides. so, thank you. Due to Alana's great customer service, we are getting the TMobile wifi for the home on Thursady or Friday and the Starlink Satelite service Jan 2026 when we go overseas to Europe on our Camping adventures. Thanks again ALANA for your great customer service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Yesterday I left the Broward & Federal T-Mobile store in total frustration — as always with that location. I then went to the other Federal Highway store and had the complete opposite experience. They were accommodating, fast, and genuinely pleasant. Victoria handled all my concerns with a smile and got me out in record time. Huge thank you to Victoria and the team — this is the location I’ll be using from now on.

Came in about 10 min before close needing a replacement screen protector for a new phone, forgot both employees names but the gentleman that greeted me and assisted me did a great job and was patient in taking care of us he also installed the screen protector flawlessly. Thank you to the store manager for her communication and assistance with everything as well. Great customer service at this location.

Back in September I was having problems with my car not being able to access Apple Car Play. When the car service tech suggested it might be the connection with the phone, I went to the T-Mobile store nearest me., located at 1536 N Federal Hwy. Fort Lauderdale. A saleswoman named Dime (Diamond) Scott went out of her way to try to help me. Her patience, kindness and expertise in trying to find the problem went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Though we did not find the answer to the problem, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with her willingness to help. It turns out that there was an issue within the workings of the phone that would have cost a great deal to fix. Instead, I opted to purchase a new phone. Where do you think I went? Yes! Back to the T-Mobile store and waited until Dime (Diamond) Scott could help me with the purchase. Again, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and guidance in helping me choose a new phone that fit my needs. She set up all that was necessary to get me on my way with a new phone. I am truly pleased with my purchase and highly recommend you ask for her when you are in the market for a new phone from T Mobile.

Went to Tmobile to ask if I could purchase a new cord for a speaker I'm still paying on. The sales associate gave me the cord and told me to have a gr8 day. Thank you TMobile . Thank you sales associate. I will be back for more speakers knowing you stand behind your product

I finally found MY T-Mobile store. Coming in for a warranty exchange was never so seamless. My T-Mobile guy George helped me out with everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. He was highly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

absolutely worst customer service. i went in to upgrade my phone, waited for about 25 minutes (the store was almost empty). I kept seeing employees leave the store, I guess they were going to lunch. A blonde lady comes out, I believe her name is iliana (blonde hair short women) and I am the only person in the waiting area. Im am sitting to be called on and she is walking around and doing everything else except helping me. It almost felt like she didnt even want to help me. As she was walking toward me, another customer stops her and she ends up helping her, even though i was there waiting longer. I ended up just walking out after sitting there for 25 minutes in a store that was almost empty with people
