Joseph C was excellent! Courteous and professional. During a busy period of the evening we upgraded our phone and received free beanies with and tracker tag.

Terrible service. I signed up for a 4-line plan at a certain price, and they're charging me a completely incorrect monthly amount. I've been to the store 4 times and haven't had my issue resolved. I spent over 3 hours waiting for a solution the last time, and it still hasn't been resolved. Now, my husband, Eber, and I have been waiting for over an hour and a half at the Port Saint Lucie store for service. The manager can't do anything, and I have to wait for the attendant. I don't recommend this service to anyone. Get out of here.

I agree.. this T-life stuff is very annoying and the sales reps making us do our upgrades through there seems odd. However, if you take the time to ask why it’s extremely sad. They are being forced to process everything through T-life by corporate and if they don’t have enough transactions done through t-life they are at risk of losing their jobs and people are getting fired. So before you assume they are being lazy and don’t want to help you, think again.

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed my experience at this t mobile yesterday on Halloween a individual by the name of Nashi helped me secure a BRAND NEW IPHONE 17 and I am really HAPPY with it everything with it runs AMAZING and I’m glad I was able to get one and I also just wanted to add that Nashi was very nice and very funny she made my 1st experience at this t mobile a GREAT one if any of y’all need a salesperson I recommend her thank you again for your help Nashi and helping me get my brand new phone I appreciate it very very much.

Girl didn’t want to upgrade my phone lied said I could only do it through the app. I worked for Tmobile for 8 years, didn’t tell her this but this is a clear sign of being lazy and only wanting to do full commission sales instead of helping a client who’s daughters phone went through the laundry. Horrible been here twice hope the girl never makes a commission check again. Horrible way to do business and keep customers

Today I walked into mobile first thing in the morning on a Monday morning, Luckily They weren’t busy thank God cause usually this location is pretty busy. When I walked in, I was greeted by Sharon, And let me tell you she was absolutely awesome! I think she said she has 18 years experience with Tmobile and her knowledge definitely shows it. I had a very complicated situation. And she treated me like an actual human and I can’t think her enough for how much that means. Thank you so much Sharon. Keep up the amazing work! There should be a lot more Sharons in the world

My first experience with T-Mobile. I needed to swtch from another provider and Justin was the guy to make it happen. Completely painless. Fingers crossed that my future with T-Mobile will be wonderful. Thanks Justin!!
