Take 5 Oil Change

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 today! From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water. Kenny and the rest of the team were so kind, thorough, and honest throughout the whole process. Everything was clearly explained, and I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. I also really appreciated that when I called ahead, they offered to text me a 25% off coupon, such a thoughtful touch that really helped. Overall, they went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Wow, talk about excellent service. I’ve been to many Take 5s in Texas- I always enjoy their service, but this GR location is new to me. Hudson, and I believe Kenny, were so professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I was greeted right away with a cold water and then serviced. They gave me great advice and weren’t there to up charge me or convince me to get every little thing. I’ll be back in December and despite that being 3 months early for an oil change, I trust this location to help me maintain my vehicle as I travel frequently.

Had to go here in a pinch. I'm so glad that I did because the manager Kenny and the guy that he was working with that morning were incredibly nice to me and they were very prompt and attentive. I highly recommend this location to anybody that needs any services provided for their vehicle. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also very honest and not pushy sales people. The guys were all kind, personable, knowledgeable, and quick! Adam went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. He was patient and sweet. I would recommend. They gave me a coupon for 25% off, and two air fresheners. They changed my oil, replaced both filters and sent me on my way! I will return!

I had my first experience with Take 5 and it was great! The techs were engaging and explained to me what type of engine I have and how it affects my oil consumption. I was made aware of any offers they had to offer and it was a quick service.

These folks actually take care of you. Everyone we come we get a good service at a good price. They meet you at the gate with a bottle of water and even my wife says that they've never tried to hit her with a hard upsell. On top of that they are friendly and personable! Even further! Mid way between service dates, you can stop by for a free check in and top off of fluids!
