Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Store Manager and Parking Validation Issue Dear Target Customer Service, I would like to file a complaint regarding a very poor experience I had at one of your Target stores: 7021 Hollywood Blvd #210, Los Angeles, CA 90028. I shop at Target store, almost every two days. I have never had any issues at Target until today. This incident, and the previous one — both at this same store — are the only exceptions. On October 25, 2025, I arrived at 6:15 PM and attempted to validate my parking ticket at 7:04 PM, but the validation did not work. I returned to the store to request assistance. The employee at the reception called the manager, but both showed completely unacceptable behavior: no customer service, respect, or professionalism. They refused to help, claiming that the parking is not managed by Target — even though the validation is clearly handled at your store. This was not the first time I experienced this problem. Even when trying to pay at the checkout, no one was available to assist me. I waited over five minutes for the validation and then nearly an hour at the parking lot without any manager or staff coming to help. When I returned to speak with the manager a second time, his attitude was disrespectful and dishonest. I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the total lack of professionalism from both the manager and the employee that day. They only wanted me to pay the $20, even though I was in the right. I still had 11 minutes remaining between the validation attempt and retrieving my car — the validation should have been accepted immediately. I kindly request that you investigate this incident and inform me of the actions taken. I remain available for any additional information you may need. Thank you I

I was very impressed by all the stuff they’re selling in this target store our target in Australia suck and comparison to the stores in America and I was very excited to be purchasing all the items that we can’t get back at home. The store layer is very good. The store was very clean and the stuff were very helpful. I definitely will be back because there is so much more I want to buy from the store.✨

So helpful for anyone that lives nearby! This store is definitely above and beyond what you would expect to be in a tourist area. The two floors are organized well to keep everything flowing, even on busy days. Also, a super helpful and knowledgeable staff!

할리우드 시내 잡화점, 타켓 슈퍼마켓 할리우드 명예의 거리 끝쪽에 위치한 타켓 매장은 지하 1층부터 지상 1층까지 총 2개층으로 걸쳐서 운영 중인 거대한 잡화점 겸 슈퍼마켓이에요. 저녁시간대에는 지하 1층으로 입장하여 이용할 수 있는데요. 식료품은 물론 다양한 음료와 음식, 간식과 옷 등을 구매할 수 있는 프랜차이즈 대형 마트라고 볼 수 있어요. 큰 단위로 물건을 판매하고 있어서 일행과 함께 물건을 구매하여 나눠서 사용하는 것을 권장해요. 물가가 비싼 미국 여행 시 저렴하게 음식을 구매해 만들어 먹기에 괜찮은 곳으로 추천해요.

Smaller Target compared to those in more suburban areas, so less options. It does have the essential food items, clothing and homewares but the ranges are limited. Very neat and well-kept store. In-house Starbucks with seating. Pedestrian entrance is via Hollywood Blvd a few metres down the road from TCL Chinese Theatre.

We really enjoyed visiting this Target store. Pizza and slushy drinks were so affordable and bonus: the rooftop has a million dollar view . You can see the Hollywood sign.
