Customer service is not as bad as Hampton but this place is honestly a scam. If you can stand it, go to Walmart. Exactly the same shit for decent prices. A wubble (bubble ball) just cost me $20 and I had to get it bc I didn’t have time to go to Walmart. Only 1 line was open that wasn’t self check out but if you mess up, watch out bc they prosecute.

Fabulous service! Brittney is the absolute Best!! She knows this business like the back of her hand! She helped pick out my frames , took close up pics with the different frames on of me on her tablet so I could get a good look of myself and make a decision. She is professional, kind, and proficient! I would definitely recommend all to come here for your eyewear needs!!

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience at the Target in Newport Mews was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. My friend and I visited the store on July 16th for a Pokémon trading card restock and what happened was nothing short of chaotic. Dozens of customers were waiting patiently—some for over an hour—only to find that the first few people in line grabbed nearly everything with no limits in place. Over 80 items were taken by the first 10 people, leaving everyone else empty-handed. This wasn’t just a poor decision—it created a hostile, unfair environment that catered to aggressive resellers instead of the loyal, everyday customers who simply wanted a chance to purchase one or two items. We tried multiple times to speak with management to voice these concerns directly and constructively. Unfortunately, it seems our number has been blocked or calls are being deliberately ignored. That level of disregard is deeply disappointing and speaks volumes about how customer feedback is valued—or in this case, completely dismissed. Other Target locations handle high-demand items much more fairly by setting purchase limits. This store, however, allowed a free-for-all that left many feeling cheated and unheard. Target Newport Mews: Do better. Your community deserves fairer treatment and responsive leadership.

GREAT STORE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFFESSIONAL AND EASY RETURN DESK THIS IS A VERY CLEAN STORE AND IT IS A PLEASURE TO SHOP THERE. OH AND THE HAVE THE BEST TARGET BRAND KITTY LITTER I EVER USED.

We were just in the store. At the checkout there were two girls at check out gossiping and when asked them for help they dismissed us. Thats when jennifer stepped in offering help with out being asked. We appreciate her friendly smiling professional attitude. The other two very much gave walmart behavior. Thank you Jennifer.

This is one of my favorite Target locations in the local area. The staff is always super friendly, sales and clearance is clearly marked, well stocked, etc. 100% recommend this Target location.

Quick readiness of my order. The process was very easy. The girls at pick up were wonderful!
