Bradley and Hunter have been our service Techs today and what a couple nice and knowledgeable young men. The picture I took is how clean they left our yard. I will not be calling anybody else to service our unit but them. I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs great quality work for any heat and air work.

Great experience with this company. They've maintained my HVAC system for two years now. The service is always timely and a good price. Had my fall check up on my system today and Alden did a great job. I appreciate that they always take pics to show me issues or let me know that everything is working well. And they take great care with my home as well, even covering their shoes inside. Customer for life!

I had a condensation pan leaking, called them on Thursday, scheduled appointment the next Monday. Communication and reminder is very thoughtful, coming out is a flat fee of $119. the front office lady is super nice! Pricing is transparent and reasonable. Very good and fast service. Technician Tylor is great, explained everything clearly. I would recommend them to others and use their service again.

TECH-ON-DECK replaced my HVAC system in August 2024. Today their technician Shane came out for a seasonal checkup. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the appointment. TECH-ON-DECK is an awesome company with a reputation for honesty, responsiveness and fair pricing. I recommend them without hesitation.

My AC wasn't blowing cold air and the tree guys that were here recommended Tech-On-Deck. I owe that tree guy a huge favor now! Jodie was really great and understanding of my situation. I was literally having one of the worst days of the year, and she was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. The guys that came out, Alden and Kessel, were two of the nicest and most courteous techs I've ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, explained the issue (completely my fault for letting the filter and unit get too dirty), cleaned the whole unit inside and out and got me a service agreement so this won't happen again. I love working with smaller local companies and sometimes they are hit or miss. Not Tech-On-Deck though. So thankful to have them servicing my heat pump from now on. Top notch company with excellent employees.

They were super responsive, giving me a 2-hour service window the very next morning. Justin showed up right in the middle of this window (Not late, no excuses). He discerned the issue very quickly and fixed it on the spot. The price was reasonable, too. After my previous terrible experience with another company, I am definitely going to sign up this morning for their annual service plan. I can heartily recommend these folks with no reservations at all!
