I run a 165acre Ranch in Upper Pack River. We have (4) residences on property and are upgrading continuously. I needed old thermostats changed out and a shop heater maintained. I called another highly recommended company 3 times with no answer! They are lucky they got (3) calls from me. So, I called Temp Pro and HALEY answered first call. She was very professional and to the point. I’m a VETERAN and I LIKE short and to the point. NO SALES PITCH just listen to my requests and answered them! Brian and Ethan were the HVAC technicians that came out. They were also very professional, explained things in detail, and were on time! Temperature Pro has been excellent from the start. They installed mini splits for our new construction a few years ago, and their service has remained top-notch ever since. Brian and his coworker came out to install our Google nest thermostat. He was very knowledgeable with the set up process. He did not leave until he ensured all of it was working correctly. They also cleaned up their work area before they left. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Kenny arrive today promptly and went over our heating system prior to winter arriving. He examined all necessary wiring and sensors and cleaned everything. Will have him come back when it warms up to check our air conditioning system. He's definitely are new go-to guy. Thanks Temperature Pro

These guys were great. Lowell got back to my message within a short while. Hailey followed up with me in the morning and a tech, Kenny, was sent out to our place in the afternoon.
