Brandon was so knowledgeable and amazing! We have split units which are rare in the area and take a certain amount of knowledge to handle. He answered all our questions. He charged us less than half the price another air conditioner company quoted us to replace a power board covered by the warranty. While we waited for the part, he even let us borrow a portable air conditioner unit that made a HUGE difference in our home during the Florida summer. He replaced the part as soon as it was delivered to him. Brandon went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him enough.

He was able to fix the problem in short order and was very patient in explaining the problem, what needed done and how much it would cost. He had the needed part so there was no wasted time and quickly had the AC running again. He also checked the unit for any other issues, giving me peace of mind. Called for emergency service this passed sunday(we called a bunch of companies). He was not only fastest but made us feel prioritized. He came prepared with a temporary fix while getting our parts in. He kept us cool. He had our parts by Tuesday morning and came first thing. We did not go a day without AC after calling him. He was very well priced and reasonable for emergency services. And we didn't need to wait for him. I am blown away by the experience and he has earned all of our future business.

This rating applet is shy of the mark, needs more stars for Temple. 10/10 sounds about right. Integrity, knowledge, & competence. Amelia Island is becoming a difficult trek, yet Brandon hopped in his truck and set out as soon as my parts came in, kind of a selfless guy!!!
