I bought the model 3 and i had problem of getting moisture in the tail light since the 2nd month i bought and the paint was coming off from exterior body so i too it to them and the said that they do see some moisture is going into the taillights but they didn't wanted to put the new lights so they try to tell me that come back when it has the moisture inside the lights and when i went to do the appointment the advisor see the water and took some pictures on his phone some how i made them to put the new lights and work on the paint and they did give me the loaner vehicle that time but i hade the same paint issue came back in 2 weeks after they fixed the other one so i did the appointment on the app and went in to drop off the vehicle and this time they sais that we cannot give you the loaner vehicle because you are staying in the state of georgia. They didn't give me a loaner vehicle 2 weeks ago and now they are tilling me that they cannot give me for a stupid reason they should know where i live. Bad or worse service management i ever see for any dealer ship even. I didn't wanted to give even 1 star to them. I will recommend that you to a different dealership to buy your tesla car

I went into the station to fixed up my car and getting a rental in the mean time. Michael was amazing. He was helpful and helps me throughout the process. I made an appointment to pick up my rental, he wasn’t there and another lady assisted me instead. Her NAME is Frankie. The overall experience was rather disappointing. I told her I had an appointment, gave her my last name. She didn’t look into the computer system and straight up telling me in the face to "reschedule my appointment". She even said that it’s not their responsibility to have a rental for me when I have my car fixed up. I told her to look into the system and even have my appointment pulled up on phone but the only respond I have is "reschedule my appointment". Her attitude was rude and I could tell she was not willing to help me, emphasize my point to say that she was racist because I was Asian. Fortunately, Michael came into the scene and assisted me instead. For what I’m paying for the car and service, I have high expectations for the bare minimum as customer service. I don’t understand how someone like Frankie was hired to work in this industry as I’m someone who works in customer service as well and the way that she treated was completely unacceptable. Again Michael IS amazing, his work ethics is what you should make as a standard in this industry and not like Frankie.

They were helpful up until the point of delivery. However, once the vehicle was delivered, all support disappeared—even for issues that were clearly their responsibility. In my case, they incorrectly filled out the title for the vehicle. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to get someone—anyone—at this dealership to sign an authorization form required by my home state to correct the error. Despite their friendly demeanor in person, the follow-up experience has been anything but. Rebecca, in particular, has consistently avoided my calls, and I’ve been given the runaround for nearly a week. I was told she would be in the office multiple times, yet each time I called, she was either "unavailable" or the call simply went unanswered. This issue stems entirely from the dealership’s mistake, and all I need is a simple signature to move forward. The fact that I can’t even get that speaks volumes about the level of disorganization and lack of accountability here. Their handling of this situation has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re considering purchasing from this location, I highly recommend having your vehicle delivered to a different service center—especially if you’re an out-of-state buyer—just to avoid the unnecessary and preventable headaches I’ve encountered. This dealership seriously needs to implement better internal checks before finalizing paperwork.

The HV battery on my Model 3 failed, leaving the car unable to charge. The earliest available service appointment in the app was two weeks out, but when I spoke with Michael in person, he immediately stepped in and took care of everything, from arranging a loaner to coordinating the repair. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Michael is outstanding.

I asked for a 48 Hour test Drive since my vehicle did not arrive on time and they denied a test drive to me. I was really hoping they would understand that I sold my other vehicle with the expectations that my Tesla would be here on delivery day. The Tesla employees didn’t seem to care that I was going to be without a car for three days due The Tesla being delivered late. I understand that sometimes things are delivered late, but I feel like they didn’t make any effort to help me due to their poor time management. I will now be looking for a ride to work the next two days thanks to Tesla. It just really aggravates me as I do like the Tesla brand and Elon Musk himself. Just wish he would treat his customers a little better or at least train his employees too.
