The facility aims to offer efficient power delivery, though its limited number of chargers can sometimes lead to congestion, particularly during peak hours. Charging speeds and strategic proximity to local amenities are key strengths.

Great charging spot! While there’s a small parking fee, the efficiency here is impressive—drivers are quick to move their cars as soon as charging is complete. No long waits, no unnecessary congestion. Maybe it's the pricey congestion fee keeping things in check, but whatever the reason, it works! Highly recommend for a hassle-free charging experience.

We had a disappointing experience at this Tesla charging location. There’s no proper space to wait, and the number of chargers is very limited. We were told not to form a queue while waiting to charge, which added to the confusion. We initially tried the Tesla Diner, but there was a 35-minute wait, so we turned to this spot instead. As visitors new to the city and running low on charge, the situation was quite stressful. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this charging location. If possible, it’s better to avoid it.

I’ve had a Tesla since 2018 and I’ve never been to a more chaotic, unorganized, cut throat style super charger. I live in West Hollywood and only come here at the extreme off hours. Cars do no know how to line up. Cars will park in whatever spaces they want and have no regard for who got here first. I’ve attached two pictures of how 3 cars in the queue parked. Then what happened when 3 more cars pulled up. There are signs for "no queues" but we can either (a) ignore the signs and line up or (b) park next to each other so we know who’s in line? Please be courteous and let people who got here first charge first!

There’s a long wait- mostly because people leave their cars for hours to go for a drink? I have no idea where they go, but the two handicap parking spots are confusing to most everyone, but I’ve witnessed WeHo ticket people in their car. I see people put up their handicap placards and run into hot yoga? It’s LA.

Easy to access, brand new charging station right off Sunset & Holloway. 8 stalls with 250kw charging power each but 2 are handicap only. No parking charges when I came at 6 am which made it easier as I would imagine this station could get busy during the day. You will have to pay for parking during the day and it’s 2 dollars per hour. Failure to pay results in a 75 dollar ticket. If you walk for 400 ft, you could get a nice latte at The Coffee Bean while waiting for your car to charge!

It’s indoor, so that was nice that I avoided the hot sun. The bad part was there were only 16 chargers and I had to wait about 10 minutes for a space. Other reviews stated that you have to pay for parking, which was highly unusual for a Tesla Super Charger Station, but I didn’t have to pay as there’s a dedicated Tesla exit and no payment for parking was necessary.

Parking attendant handing out $75 tickets for charging without pre-paying for charging. Have to pay to park to just wait in queue or $75 ticket. No posting at chargers claiming you have to pay. Most insane charging set up I’ve ever seen or heard of and I have travelled all over California charging almost exclusively at Tesla supercharger. I drove 20 min to get here but leaving to charge elsewhere.
