Both of my garage doors needed servicing so I called Texas Pros to service my garage doors and was scheduled quickly, which was a positive start. I didn't think twice due to their Google review of 4.9. The technician arrived on time and upgraded my existing garage door opener and replaced my metal rollers with Nylon rollers. However, this is where the positives end. The quality of work was far below my expectations, and I became very uneasy and questionable. I expected a professional job, where all old equipment and trash would be removed, and the new sensors installed with care and attention to detail. Instead, I received an absolutely ridiculous hack job where the old sensors were still attached, the new sensors will installed right below the old sensors, the wiring was twisted and exposed to the environment where those copper wires will become oxidized or corroded and the connections become intermittent, and the trash left on the side of my house. I discovered the exposed wires when I was going to take off the old sensors myself, something that should've been done by the technician. When I reached out to address these concerns, the technician's response was alarming. He claimed, "This is how I do every job," and suggested that he could come back and just wrap it with electrical tape. Lastly, the technician handed me his business card and repeatedly ask for a review -- not for Texas Pros, but for BEXAR Garage Door Service. This left me feeling suspicious about their business practice. I cannot recommend Texas Pros based on this experience. I would suggest anyone considering them to think twice, as their workmanship is unprofessional and careless.

I have had repeated issues with the doors since finally installed. Can no longer get a return call or follow up. Doors will not open half the time, and have called repeatedly. last response was they would get out and take a look but will have to start charging a service call after this time. They never showed up and will no longer respond to any correspondence. I was very patient during the install even though it helps up all my other contractors from starting their portion of this new construction. I took 5 visits just to complete the initial install and over a month. I just want the products I paid for nothing more
