⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Foundry is hands-down the BEST studio in town! I’ve done every kind of Pilates—reformer, classic mat, you name it—but nothing compares to their hot mat classes. The energy, the instructors, and the community are all next level. Every class feels challenging, uplifting, and truly transformative. I also love their Yin Yoga sessions for deep recovery and balance, and the 26x2 classes taught by world-renowned instructor Cintra are exceptional. Her precision, encouragement, and expertise make every class feel like a masterclass. I love The Foundry so much that I became an annual member—and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. If you’re looking for a place that will completely elevate your body, mind, and spirit, this is it.

I love how close this is to my job so I can just pop in there right after work. Some people I’ve really liked to work with so far include Lindsey, and a few other instructors I can’t remember their names, but they are super helpful when they see I’m getting a pose, they are more than happy to help. I think if you are new to this place you should be prepared because they like to clap at the end of class for new people and stuff like that other than that, it’s clean and a overall great class. (26&2) The receptionist let me in today, I’m never late but I showed up right on the dot and she was kind enough to still let me in. Most places would not do that. But she def did me a huge favor so shout out to her too.

I drove all the way from fountain hills to attend a class here it is in a big shopping complex so I had a hard time finding it. I parked at 5:01 for a 5pm class and waited outside since it said studio closed on door. Someone came to door and they informed me I could not join the class late. I explained to them this was my first time here and I had trouble finding them and apologized for being late. I wish they would of made an exception because it took me over 40 minutes to drive here. I can't review on class quality, but I really felt no empathy from instructors and felt I was treated unfair. I have been to many hot yoga studios with my class pass and felt so very welcomed and included. If you go here don't be even 1 minute late or they won't let you attend class. I could understand if I was a member, but being new and not sure where studio was this has really tainted my experience with this place. Yoga should be about free spirit, understanding and love. I felt absolutely none of that here and completely embarrassed by how I was treated.

The Foundry Yoga is my favorite studio in the valley. Every class brings the perfect amount of heat, the instructors are super knowledgeable, and the community is so supportive. The variety of classes and red light therapy provides exactly what my body needs! 10/10 recommend

I love The Foundry! I have learned so much about hot yoga and pilates by coming here regularly for the past year. The instructors are consistently excellent! Coming to The Foundry for hot yoga and hot pilates has become an essential part of my fitness routine. I love introducing my friends to this studio too. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere which is fueled off of passion and mutual motivation. I enjoy taking Lindsey and Cintra's hot yoga classes weekly.

I had an amazing experience at this yoga studio! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained everything was-the bathrooms and locker rooms were spotless, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment l walked in. I attended a high-paced, high-energy class, and it was a fantastic workout. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming environment and a truly energizing workout, /highly recommend this studio. I’ll definitely be back!

The Foundry is absolutely amazing! My mom and I live in Iowa, but we visit once or twice a year to see my sister—and every time, we make it a must to come here as much as possible. The staff is beyond kind and welcoming every single time! On our last visit, we got to meet the owner, Lauren, and she was incredible. She gave us a tour of the beautifully renovated space, made sure we had everything we needed (including water and all the essentials), and even remembered little details about us. It made us feel very at home. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The studio is super spacious and every class we’ve taken has been amazing. The locker room is large and cutely decorated. We seriously love this place and can’t wait to come back!
