The Fresh Market

I occasionally shop at this store when i'm in the area, i've never had a bad experience while shopping there. From my experience, the place has always been well-organized and clean. The products are of high quality and can be quite addictive, folks give this market a try.

I left a negative review yesterday about an unfavorable situation that happened with my purchase. I happily deleted that review and would like to express how pleased I am with the manager I spoke with this morning, (I believe her name was Norma?), she gave me a solution to my problem and then some. She went above and beyond for me to the largest extent and changed my opinion completely on this store! I will for sure be returning as a customer, thanks to her.

I went to the Fresh Market at 3315 Central Ave and received exceptional customer service from Rayah. She helped me decide on what cheesecake to get. She was very kind and patient. I loved her positive attitude and her excellent customer service. She is the reason I would come back to try other things at this store.

Great little market with lots of good looking fresh produce priced reasonably. Not a lot of "name brand" items but plenty of options nonetheless. I saw several people buying from their deli case and going to eat outside at the bistro tables. I would love to see one of these closer to my house.

Love Fresh Market, but today was extra special because my cashier, Felicia, went over and above with her customer service duties. She was helpful to me and so many other customers before me. Great job!

The customer service is phenomenal! The best around. They're so eager to help, better than the rest of the places let's put it that way. You always know what you're buying.

Got such a good fresh rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes here was so yummy! Love this store all around. Customer service is always great.
