The Home Depot

This Home Depot is amazing. We went in to exchange a water heater that was faulty and had the best experience thanks to the cashier. She made our transaction feel stress free. I do have want to especially thank the young man who helped my husband and I unload and load our old and new water heater. I did get his name! Andres, you’re a wonderful asset to this store! What a kind and respectful young man. I will be recommending this store to family and friends.

Much better than Lowe's but still needs a ton of improvement. The three associates I asked for help with finding 3 in One Oil had no clue what it even was. I found it on my own.

This store is the worst of the worst of Home Depot’s. The store manager Mimi, was disrespectful from the beginning of interaction. She was hiding behind the computer when an associate asked for her assistance with my return. They didn’t want to make the return because of this store policy, and continued to call me "honey" after I introduced myself and told her I don’t appreciate her belittling. Of course she got defensive and continued to not try to accommodate my return. Instead I left and called the 800 number and got my return processed with a pick up. Then I proceeded to go check in for my truck rental and then was told by that associate that they didn’t have the reserved truck. So I checked my email, only to find that I was notified an hour and a half before my rental pick up time. The associate proceeded to call for a supervisor, but after a long wait, Mimi the manager comes to check on the issue. Yet, only to be even more disappointed with the service here at this particular store, she doesn’t add anything to resolve the issue except offer to play a run around game and have me waiting to see when they can get another truck. Completely disappointed with my whole trip and lack of customer service.

I rented a machine but it took me a few minutes to get back in the car and come back because the connector wasn't coming out, so I went to the employee to get help but he didn't know how to do it. Then I asked how an employee who doesn't know how can work in the area that needs someone who knows how to do it, and still charge me if he doesn't even leave the Home Depot parking lot. Terrible Rental, I don't recommend it.

Garage Door Shopping Experience – Disappointing Service I recently visited Home Depot to shop for a new garage door and was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The associate (Spencer Price) helping me only showed me the cheapest and most common model available, without offering to show me any other options. When I asked to see the rest of the models, he questioned what I was looking for and implied that any other choice would be much more expensive. I had to insist on seeing the full range of garage doors before he finally showed me the other models. In the end, I found one that looked much better and was only $100 more than the cheapest option he initially showed me. I’m glad I pushed to see the alternatives, but I shouldn’t have had to insist just to compare my options. Overall, I felt pressured and not fully informed as a customer. I hope Home Depot can improve their service by ensuring staff are more helpful and transparent about all available products.

Bad service and you guys are definitely always low on inventory. Mimi is not willing to go above and beyond for her customers, thus the bad review. She has the eyes of attitude and ego when she stares at you. shout out to Gabriela for trying her hardest to keep her customers happy, so much kindness and patience, it truly sucks her mannager is doing the exact opposite and kills grabrielas hard work and effort. This home depot is also low on stock and supplys to often. Just go ahead and stop by another one or maybe even Lowes.
