Their selection of plants is outstanding, with healthy, vibrant options that thrive. On top of that, the wait time for assistance and checkout is impressively fast. It’s unbelievable how efficient and pleasant the shopping experience is every time. Highly recommend! 5️⃣

Had a fantastic experience at Home Depot today! Huge shoutout to Andrea for her expert advice and help picking out paint. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect spot for any DIY project! ️

Not happy with the process but they made good. I found an item in their website and it says in stock at a specific location. Went there and the price wasn't the same as online. They said i have to buy it online for the 15% lower price but when i went to check out on the app, the price increased. Classic bait and switch. They are officially a greedy scam. They charge more at that location just 15min from the location that charges less. I had to argue to get the listed price on the app where it clearly showed the lower price and location availability. The person who helped me did honor the price once he realized it was clearly a scam and a very deceitful process. I will never trust them. Check Amazon first, at least you pay the price you see and their return policies are much better

If you have ever been to the Home Depot‘s garden department? They have the greatest deals on trees, shrubs, and flowers. Why not brighten up your backyard with some love?

This morning I had to go to Home Depot tool rental desk. And 2 sumergible pumps. I ask the associate ..? Do you have them available.? And he responded to me in a very mediocre manner….are you a plumber . Can you afford to rent this piece of equipment.. because I have a costumer appointment in about 2 minutes. And don’t have time to waste with you.. I responded st please proceed with the paper work I need to get my work done. I returned the equipment in a better condition than before I had received. The person that received the equipment . In the afternoon. Mentioned to me that. He left a note saying for him to check the rental property . Because I’m suspicious . Also im doing my receipts report. And I fund it that I have a $800 purchase. That I never made. …. Please i hope the store manager . Take some action and mentorship this associate in how to handle costumers service.

I love this Home Depot and always have a great experience with all staff. Not sure if DJ still runs this shop but they’re doing great. My reason for this one star review is because if the older blonde hair representative. I believe her name is Maryan or marina. I came in for a return and heard some tunes and just waited for my turn and whistled along the song. She looks over and I wave. She gives me the creepiest face and says don’t whistle at me. And mind you I would never do that. She then comes over to assist with the return. I apologize and said I was going along with the tube and mean no disrespect at all. She says go grab another one and rudely sends me away. She must be having a bad day. But overall I don’t think her attitude or responses were of this stores level of service. Everyone in here is so friendly and helping. She’s not a good asset to the team.

Store is well stocked and staff is helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to ask questions. Picking up orders from online is very easy and I like that there is a few reserved parking spots close to the front for people just running in to pick up their online orders. Returning unused product is a breeze (better to order too much than not enough). Working with the kitchen design team is great. I renovated my kitchen through Homedepot. I took advantage of 24 months with no interest on my kitchen remodel.
