Three Phase Electric

I recently moved into my new home and was referred to Three Phase. I rarely write reviews, but was so happy with my experience! I worked primarily with Lisa who spent time answering my questions over the phone and e-mail. She was able to get an electrician over quickly to execute the project, who was also very professional and did excellent work. If I ever need another job done, I would definitely reach out to Three Phase and recommend them to anyone looking for a project big or small.

This place is as dysfunctional as it gets. The employees are constantly having to save face for how poorly this business is ran. This place put that my powerlines were above ground on my bid when they were actually underground and bid me as such but the problem with that is Portland General Electric needs a 4ft x 4ft hole dug out so they can get to that underground line which they don’t even do the type of work, and also meant it would be work that I had to do. Not only that they damaged several things in my home owned they they did not bring to my attention but found on my own and then asked for a receipt from the contractor that had to repair. After providing them with the receipt It’s taken over a month just to see my check and every time I call for it they say it’s being mailed out or it’s being taken care of but still nothing. The amount of apologies I’ve received from this company is unreal and shouldn’t be even in business or needs new management. Their office is a complete joke and you can tell that this is the culture and a way of operating for that business and eventually make sense why it is so dysfunctional. Again although the work was completed with quality it took a lot and with the select few employees that actually care for the quality of their OWN work and can be trusted, I would never use this company under this management. Hopefully those employees get a bonus for literally saving this dumpster. They put my project back over two months because of the lack of prep work prior to starting the job they failed to do. Powelines are not hard to identify especially if you’re the this type of field of work. Complete garbage and makes sense why a lot of their employees have left.

This company did the electrical work for a ranch home remodel project for me. It was in 2011. I first got someone who was cheaper but somehow that guy was smoking while he was working (or maybe he was taking a rest when I saw him smoke), that made me nervous. So I had him and his helper finished that area and let them go. And I found Three Phases Electric… the worker who came was clean cut, focused on his job and explained to me whatever question I had and I can see that his work was neat… it has been a rental property. The portion that the cheaper contactor did had multiple problems so far. The area Three Phase did so far has NO issue. I am grateful and thus I decided to post a review for them. They deserve a big thumb up!

Never showed up for appointment and didn’t even call. I’ve called and left a message. My builder called and left a message. Still nothing. It’s been two days. Poorly run business. Eventually got a call back and the guy that came out was nice and professional. Changed from one to three stars

Brian was fast and professional. We will definitely use thier services again in the future.

I called an got an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they going to be there . Reasonable price great service

They replaced the pump and all is well
