Tier-One Electric

I don't post online reviews often, but felt this one worthy. I'm extremely pleased that I found and hired Tier One to handle the electrical outfitting for my new metal building garage/workshop. Caleb was fantastic to work with—he provided great ideas, valuable advice, and smart cost-saving suggestions. He and his team completed the job quickly, and the results are excellent. Tier One is a small, local company that truly focuses on customer satisfaction and is willing to work with you every step of the way, and far more competitively priced than the big box electrical contractors. Just what I was looking for! I highly recommend Caleb and Tier One, and will use them again in the future.

Caleb with Tier-One Electric is awesome! He’s super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wants to help. If he doesn’t think he needs to come out, he’ll troubleshoot with you and give great advice instead — which really says a lot about his integrity. He’s also very responsive and charges fair prices. We’ve used him for everything from installing our EV charger to fixing an outlet that suddenly stopped working. We’ve referred him to several friends and neighbors, and everyone always has the same great experience. I can’t recommend Caleb and Tier-One Electric enough — they’re the best!

Updating my last review: I hired Caleb a second time today to re-wire my garage door opener power. As always, he was responsive, thorough, and overall just so nice to work with. He made sure that our garage wiring was safe and looked nice! Thanks again, Caleb! Caleb from Tier One serviced my home today to replace a few light fixtures, update GFI outlets, and install bathroom fans. He did great work! He was on time, easy to communicate with, and he made sure I understood every aspect of the work being done. His quote was fair, detailed, and included info on the warranty for the work. I will definitely hire Caleb/Tier One again! Thank you Tier One!

Tier-One Electric did great work running the electrical lines for our new lifts at the shop. Everything was done clean, quick, and professional. They made sure everything was set up safely and working perfectly. Definitely recommend them for any shop or commercial electrical work.

I had a scary electrical issue that required having the Fire Department come out, they turned off the affected circuit found the source of bad smell and the burned switch and hot wall and told me I needed an emergency electrician out that night. I found Tier-One Electric online, I was hoping to find someone local. So glad Caleb answered and he arranged for Collin to come out that night. He fixed the immediate issue. Between Caleb and Collin showing and explaining other potential issues, I realized for safety reasons to have my older home get a much needed new main breaker panel, whole house re-device, home surge protector. The pricing Caleb provided was fair, with no surprise costs. As a Senior, it was easier to manage knowing it was better than having home catch fire. Example of Great Customer Service is that Caleb worked out a day that would work for me and he came early that day with Noah. They got to work in garage, outside, room by room, so efficient, detailed, taking time to explain what they found regarding safety and answering questions. They had their own vacuum to clean up debris as each area completed. At the end, finished up earlier than I expected. Caleb, Collin, Noah -Thank YOU! for giving me peace of mind. I truly believe you saved my home from a future fire. Everything from beginning to end was nothing less than perfection! Your quality of work is amazing. You are 3 incredible people and SO grateful to have found Tier-One Electric.

I want to thank Caleb and Collin for their outstanding professionalism during the recent install of an EV charger into my home. This team is HONEST. not out to scam you for money. Caleb is an angel. Trustworthy and brilliant at what they do. If you need anything done, you would be BLESSED to use this team.
